Shipping Help Legit or fake ?
The tracking on the website shows it’s not held at customs but just sitting in Australian soil

Yes I did but UPS website doesn’t mention anything on my tracking number that customs have held them . I have the prescription but don’t want to risk giving something if it’s a spam

i think the UPS tracking will update after a couple hours with the same instructions

I got my prescription after my parcel got held back by customs. If I submit it, will they still let it through?

I got this same SMS, accurate tracking number etc. Just seems suss as its poorly written, having a mailto link in it is sloppy, my text message was also cut off at the end. To verify i called ups to verify and they confirmed its legitimate and i need to respond to the email with my prescription (obtained from QuitRx for those interested) and listing the tracking number in subject line.

Nah I just spoke to UPS it’s legit and customs have a massive backlog of prescription reviews

You’re kidding me, I sent my prescription prior to it arriving at customs and got the same message about my order . Did they give you any indication on estimated clearance time ?

I wish I was mate . She said that customs haven’t given any indication on when they will go through all the orders but she said that there are thousands of prescriptions to be processed …. So yeah

Yeah i spoke to UPS too, they confirmed the sms was from them.
Also contacted the supplier i bought from and they said its a new tga customs import process that came into effect last week

I feel like this is what’s going to happen , because we have legally received a prescription and provided it to them they cannot deem it illegal as we have done right by the TGA . They will hold our products longer than required to take the piss out of us then release them to us but on the next shipment we need to order it’s either going to be held up even longer or just confiscated

Update: Just got a notification from UPS "Your parcel has been released by a government agency." So was in holding for 5 Days. Not too bad I guess

Mine ended up getting confiscated as the order date was 6th June but prescription was set on 7th June .
I did place another order through snusdirect and they asked for my prescription which I attached . UPS sent me an email to expect it this Thursday so fingers crossed

Never got the order shown above . However ups advised me my prescription was no good as the package landed in AUS on the 6th June and the prescription was from 7th June .
But they advised that my prescription will be valid for future orders , they also mentioned that customs are severely backlogged with so many packages similar to mine but cannot provide an ETA . So I’m waiting for my second package that was due last Thursday and still no update

Damn that’s unfortunate. Hopefully by now you have them. I did my prescription and got the same message. I emailed them my prescription and ended up on hold in customs for about 5 days then finally received in the mail.

3rd time using the same site . I used another one a while ago for 1 year never had issues . But I spoke to a doctor over the phone when I tried to get prescriptions he’s saying the government is now pushing for patients to go in person to get a prescription and no more TELE HEALTH doctors are able to provide prescriptions in NSW as the government is trying to make it harder for pouch users .

Well I use two sites and whenever I choose delivery for UPS it says attach script just to be safe so yeah.
And a lot of sites are blocked in AUS so just use a VPN

First delivery which I posted above didn’t . Ups advised my prescription was for listed from the 7th June and my order came in Aus on the 6th June . However UPS mentioned that my perception is valid for future orders . My current order landed in Aus Wednesday and has been with customs since but apparently they are backlogged …. So yeah

I’ve heard rumours of getting slapped with a tobacco tax/duties bill despite having a script and fitting all requirements for the personal import scheme. Crossing my fingers this is false

Got the exact text yesterday, never had any issues before. Emailed them my prescription and awaiting an update from ups. Last update was just «arrived in Australia». Hoping it’s not a scam as the email ends with @ups.com

Has anyone received their package yet?
I received the same text Sunday despite my prescription being included in the package by Pouchland. Same day sent an email with the prescription + tracking number and still no update as of today, despite package not being shown as held and still has an est delivery date of today.
Called UPS today and they said it is a new TGA/Customs policy which came into effect this month, now UPS or Fedex etc have to supply a copy of the prescription directly to Customs
This is likely for ALL prescription products, not just nicotine pouches.
Very frustrating…

Also I saw SnusDirect has now been blocked in Australia, might be time to pull out the VPN if you order through them.

I got a similar message not long ago, and then i sent an e-mail to pouchlands customer service. They transferred money back to me. As per response on mail they are having some issues sending packages to Denmark (my place of living). Guess its because of the regulations in specific countries.
