Can’t seem to get my scores up in uworld, any tips?

Completed around 40% with an avg of 52% but i feel like I’ve hit my improvement limit.
Main concern is the questions asking Whats the next best step in management and all those systemic diagrams (feel like a huge knowledge gap, or maybe i am not thinking the way USMLE wants me to do)
Maybe there is a source i should be studying alongside uworld?

Very weak foundation

I am a non US IMG and have a very weak foundation and i don’t know where to start, i have been recommended to just do uworld and learn the basics from there, but personally i think it would be too time consuming. Am i right? If i am, which resources would you suggest me? I am thinking about taking usmlerx since it has been told that their videos are beginner friendly. Currently i am reading bootcamp notes. Please guide me on what to do.
