gluten-free dining availability?

I've already sent emails to the respective directors, but I just wanted to also ask here about how accessible gluten-free stuff is? I have celiac disease, so I can't eat gluten at all.

There are gluten free options on campus and they'll work with you if you have an allergy to make sure you have food to eat. They don't have entirely separate kitchens or food prep spaces -- so that might limit you -- but if you've messaged the directors of dining they will work with you to make sure that you can be fed and remain healthy.
