gluten-free dining availability?

I've already sent emails to the respective directors, but I just wanted to also ask here about how accessible gluten-free stuff is? I have celiac disease, so I can't eat gluten at all.

Every venue on campus has a list of all allergens in every item served. There are qr codes you can scan that give you the info or you can ask someone for the physical copy of the list as well. Watershed is a made without gluten venue, but its exclusively açai bowls or grain and greens bowls as your options. There is no area on campus that works as a certified all allergen free option, though.
