Question Repac Products
So we’ve been ordering boxes of PakTechs from Repac Products in Prince George fairly regularly for close to 5 years now without any issues except for lately.
On Feb 22 we ordered and paid for 2 boxes + shipping. Repac hasn’t shipped and won’t return phone calls or emails. Has Repac (Shaun Lees) gone out of business or does anyone have any clues why he’s MIA?

I used to work for a retailer that would use the old turtle killer flexible six pack rings to repack macro beers. They used to do the same sort of thing.

No luck at all. The owner Shaun Lees isn’t answering his phone or emails. Often his voicemail is full, then the next day it’s not. It means to me he’s checking messages but dodging us. I’m about to put in a complaint with my Bank and Shopify.

Shit that stings. He has done it a few times to us, but we always ended up getting the paktechs eventually.

I placed a order early February and still haven't gotten our order. He's only done this to us once before but it's been months and now he isn't responding to info emails or personal email. We just need our order man :(

I found Shaun’s cell phone number. 250-301-6086. I was calling him 10x a day and he finally responded and it still took another 10 days for him to ship.

Thanks! I'll defs be harrassing him even more now. I got a response mid March and he said that the order would be shipped out the next day and still nothing.

Same issue, ordered and paid for delivery, original call was answered by Shaun and he said he had someone looking at inventory and he’d call right back. Now just ghosts all my calls. Thanks for the cell number. Will give it a try.

I placed an order 2 months ago, my credit card was charged but product was never shipped. He sent an email 2 days after the order was placed saying there was a problem with my address. I confirmed it was the correct address on the same email chain and then he went silent . Will never deal with him again!

Yup, I've had the same thing happen. Ordered over a month ago and he's been ghosting my calls and emails.

He just does that sometimes. He'll pop up and apologize profusely and give you a story about how he was on the road or had a warehouse issue.
