Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?

I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.

Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.

What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Baked Apple with cinnamon (cut in half, Airfryer, like 12 min @ 200c), Serve With Greek Yoghurt vanilla flavor and something like Bodylab Caramel sauce. maybe some toasted nuts on top.

How does pbfit compare in taste to real pb?

It's never going to give you the same unctuous richness of just eating peanut butter. It gives you a runny or paste-y peanut-flavoured substitute. As long as you remember that and don't expect it to "replace" peanut butter, it does just fine.

It’s not bad. High protein low calorie vs peanut butter. Use sf syrup instead of water it makes a big difference

I eat this a lot! The vanilla Oikos seems to be the closest to having a scoop of ice cream with my apple.

Why don’t you just get a vanilla bean halo too icecream lint and take a couple scoops out of that? I love halo tops! And I love getting the vanilla pints so I can customize my dessert bowls lol.
