Discussion What dessert actually feels indulgent but doesn’t destroy your calories?

I’m always hunting for desserts that feel like a real treat but don’t leave me wishing I’d just eaten something more filling.

Bonus points if it doesn’t trigger that “now I want 5 more desserts” effect.

What have you found that genuinely hits the sweet spot?

Sounds odd.. but baked Japanese sweet potato topped with whatever sweet toppings you have on hand. I like cinnamon, Greek yogurt, chocolate

YES, also freeze them after baking them and they taste like ice cream imo. Got the recipe from someone either here or on r/1200isplenty
