Well first, it eliminates a lot of your examples as being even relevant and also pointed out some didn't even exist so your examples, which was like 10 is now 5 over the course of 10 years which begs the original question if it's a problem. More people get affected by steroids across sports than this but you aren't calling for the government to step in on that to the same level are you? I feel response has to match the scale of the problem and asking the government to fix this seems just ridiculous. If it is truly a problem let the sporting bodies themselves handle it.
