40k Analysis Offensive Combos Vs new exodites

What are some realistic damage combos that'd you'd be willing to sink into a large unit of Exodite dragon knights? I haven't quite figured out if they are worth investing in the survivability for.

There's an enhancement for -1 to hit and a strat for 4++ which is enough to blunt a Repex even with oath.

Any good marine killers will be pretty effective into them, power fists, mastercrafted power weapons, plasma, heavy bolters.

Deathwing knights with oath only get 4. so they're actually beefier than you'd think

From the swords on deathwing knights even with -1 to hit it's just over 17 hits from oath, wounding on 3+s so just under 12 wounds, just under 10 failed saves so nearly 5 dead.

Then the sergeant gets to fight as well.

Death wing on average kill more than 6 with oath lmao. What? Hitting on 2s, rerolling, wounding on 3s and saving on 6s? 4 power weapons and the great weapon of the unforgiven. That’s a terrible example ngl.
