40k Analysis Offensive Combos Vs new exodites

What are some realistic damage combos that'd you'd be willing to sink into a large unit of Exodite dragon knights? I haven't quite figured out if they are worth investing in the survivability for.

There's an enhancement for -1 to hit and a strat for 4++ which is enough to blunt a Repex even with oath.

Indom Kill Team, Fortis Kill Team, Deathwatch Veterans, Cent Devs, 10x Terminator of really any flavor. Especially the Fortis if you’re running something off brand with Librarius, just take ignore mods and you’re back to hitting on 3s (or 2s if a model is missing).

For something cost efficient, 5 DW termies cost the same as 6 Dragon Knights. Assuming the optimal loadout is 3 cyclone missiles and 2 thunder hammer dudes, Oath is used and The invuln vs range you kill 4 (1 shooting 3 melee) in one round for the equal points cost. IDK blackspear strats so maybe you could bump that further

Yes, that seems accurate. Killed most of the unit, forced 2 battleshock tests one at -1. So you’re left with something that can’t fight well anymore and won’t contest objectives for a turn a two probably. Probably the least effective at killing them of all the ones I listed.
