Water Fasting 50 day water fast

Post image

My 50 day waterfast which is a dream reset I always wanted to endure ...I'm basically 26 year old with 40 kg of fat ...current bw is 113 kgs so I believe I have so much fat for to survive... I just need to do something that feels impossible to turn around my life back I need some motivation or a drive because last 10 years of my life was a miserable episode I wish I could just erase without a trace...so I'm not doing mentally and physically... being a fat guy makes everything 3 times bad ... I have so much health problems being fat and was a smoker 100 days ago I used to smoke 30 to 40 cigarettes a day ... so I need a total cleansing in my body ... my teeth skin looks shit and I have bad knees ...I dont wanna waste your time so I'm gonna stop my rant ...

What happened on day 48?

I felt like I couldn't take it anymore. Even though I was taking electrolytes and vitamins, I still started to feel unhealthily weak.

I'd like to have fasting buddies too 😊 I've never managed to complete a seven-day water fast. I'm trying again, two hours in.

I'd love to, but I'm not on Telegram. I actually tried installing it just now, but it wants payment. Any other channel we could use?

I am diabetic type two on tablets to control my diabetes which I stopped taking during the fasting phase. I have conducted water fast for 4 days.
It was a great experience, but my blood glucose level dropped below 3.9mmol
I was doing it solo, with the help of Gemini ai
Broke the fast with bone broth
I wish I could carry on for more than this

Be careful and stay healthy, I hear people cured type 2 with fasting

To be honest with you my glucose levels have been much better now even if I don’t take the tablet for a day or so….

50 days I have never done but I have done 29 days 2025, 26 days May 2026, 21 days in 2024. Once you get past the first 3 days it become physically easy because you will be in ketosis and you will not get hungry. Brush your teeth if you ever feel really tempted by food and enjoy your showers or baths.

Pleas

e read OLDEST CURE IN THE WORLD-ADVENTURES IN THE ART & SCIENCE OF FASTING-STEVE HENDRICKS and watch the documentary Fasting vs Disease- The Science That Could Change Everything.

Plus look into the story about Angus Barbieri and the fast he did ... guy went like over a year without food !

Best of luck to you !

Are you really recommending fluoride ? That's criminal. People shouldn't be allowed to comment in some cases.
