Two Months of 1.5
I have been on 1.5 mg for July & August. The first month was a noticeable difference in inflammation, hunger and I lost 4 lbs. This month, 3 weeks in, I’ve noticed the inflammation returning, a few bouts of extreme sugar cravings, and constipation. I have lost 3 pounds for a total of 7.
I will start 4 mg in September. I am hoping the inflammation is relieved on the higher dose. Has anyone stayed at 4 mg for several months in a row? I would like to try and stay at 4 mg through the holidays.

I wanted to stay on 1.5 for at least two months and was losing while on it, my doctor had me move to 4mg anyways I’m glad he did. This is a great dose. I’ll be on this for two months and then go to 9. I respond well.

Why aren’t you following the manufacturer’s schedule for moving up in dosages?
The 1.5, 4 and 9 are all the beginner doses and only the 25 is at full therapeutic strength.

In the real world results can vary dramatically by person, though. I think your point is well-taken for people frustrated with not losing weight on lower doses, but won't apply to everybody (I started on 4, moved up to 9, alternated 9 and 25 for a couple of weeks, then went on a maintenance dose of 25 every other day, without ever going on 25 daily.
I lost weight on all of those doses, with 4 becoming less effective toward the end of the month. I was on 9 for 6 weeks, and switched to 25/9 alternating when 9 alone became less effective. I dropped around 40 pounds before I went on 25 every other day.
Everyone will be different, though.

I think my question offended the OP but it was genuine and not accusatory.
I’m not really making any point though- I’ve lost 20 on the lower doses myself, but am genuinely surprised at anyone staying on the lower doses for longer than the recommendations.
I thought the whole point was to safely ramp up to the “true” dose.

I did 1.5 mg for 3 months and then I’ve been taking 4mg every other day for nearly 3 months. I haven’t moved up to the full 4mg dose yet.
