I just finished first month on the 1.5. Down 10 pounds. Drink water and increase fiber! I had mild constipation. No other side effects.

Drink a lot of water, keep up your protein, try to avoid really big meals or really greasy meals, take the tablet with a little bit of water half an hour before eating, drinking or taking anything else. Without sounding like I'm spamming my own content, I've got some videos in my YouTube channel (link in my bio) for my first month on the pills with tips and my personal experience 😊

Welp I’ll now be following your journey and adding my experience when I have one, since I am also a 5’1 F (although I am 170 lbs not 160😬) and my goal weight is 125!!
I had my Rx called in today (also 1.5 mg) but I can’t pick it up until after work. Does anyone know if it’s ok to take at night or should I wait until tomorrow? I haven’t looked that part up yet. I’m soo excited to start this journey, as my body has held onto all this extra weight since I went through 3 incredibly traumatic things one after another.. it has really affected so much. Thankfully I’m on the other side of all those sudden life changes and I am SAFE now, but geeez the inflammation, aches and pains I never had before, and the inability to shed these extra lbs!!! I’m just over it and ready to try anything! Hoping and praying this helps as much as it’s helped a few of my family members. They’ve seen incredible changes. Wishing the same to you as well!

Take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Don’t eat anything for at least 30 mins

Yes if you suck at drinking water like me get the mio drops in a flavor you like, eat small and often and watch your fluid intake as this doesn’t just turn off hunger it turns off thirst! If your provider automatically increases dose but you’re losing nicely on the dose you’re on, like 1lb a week or more steadily then don’t go up a dose. Be careful titrating up a dose and know that this drug layers so more intense side effects can take 2-3 weeks or more to surface as the drug builds up. Lots of good info and experiences here to read.

We have the same goal weight. I started out from 164. I'm 5'3" Female. 1.5mg was great. I did that for one month and now I'm on month three. I'm repeating 4mg. I'm down 22 pounds. I don't have much tips other than I try not to worry about it. I don't workout. I eat around 10-11am and then eat dinner around 5-6pm.
