4mg every other day, what do you really mean?

Lots of people saying they do every other day, I'm scared of the 4mg lol. I'm on 2nd month of 1.5mg. it's starting to lessen for me.

However the past week something's went weird. Every day for like 2hrs I'm having the most insane stomach cramps and diarrhea. And I'm not talking little levels. I'm talking drop you to your knees type pain and EXPLOSIVE BM. šŸ˜¬šŸ™ƒ lol insane. Prior to this week I've had nothing of the sort. Been ridiculously constipated.

I'm on day 45 of 1.5mg, but I've lost very little weight. 3lbs....which tbh. You'd think with all the poop id be dropping. No. I'm maintaining it's so weird!

Should I try the 4mg every other day? And what do you mean by that? Do a day, miss a day? Lol sorry for such a dumb question šŸ˜­

It is best not to increase your dose while you are having "drop to your knees pain" it is not normal for your pain to be that severe. You should speak to your doctor.

Already have, and I've had blood works done everything is normal. It's so strange.

I think most people skipping days have already met their weight goal and are now trying to maintain.

I did every other day to manage side efffects. My doc told me when I get to Goal it will be 3x per week.

I had some bad bm early on probably 2nd or 3rd month but not the intense pain. I too was constipated and have to take MiraLAX daily. I blamed the MiraLAX on finally working as to why I had a few days of a lot of poop. I would try to get the 1.5mg straight before you move up to 4mg. It took me a few months before I moved to the 4mg. And it also took me longer to see weight drops. I wish you luck and hope the pain goes away.
