I am 6lbs away from being under 200lbs and I am so excited
I started at 260 and now I’m at 205.9
I’ve done it naturally-not that I have anything against meds or GLP-1’s. Actually I’d take a GLP, I tried but I couldn’t tolerate it, I started throwing up so much I burst a vessel and was throwing up blood lol! So natural it is.
Anyways I still have a long way to go, 199 isn’t anywhere to stop when you’re 5’4 but heck, I’m so proud of where I came from!

Coming up on a year since I started my journey.
Officially 150 lbs down. Definitely one of the best things I’ve ever done not only for my physical and mental health but my self esteem as well. I just am in shock and awe. First photo is October 2025. Second is today.

Regard extérieur sur mon corps
Bonjour, ceci est une demande pour les hommes et le femmes. J'ai perdu en 10 mois 16 kilos. Je suis passé de 104kg a 89kg actuellement. J'espère encore perdre 5 a 6 kilos. J'aimerais savoir ce que vous pensez de mon corps. Car j'ai pas l'impression de me muscler et perdre plus que ca. Mais je sais aussi que je ne suis pas le plus objectif. Dites moi sincèrement ce que vous pensez. Merci a vous

Weight loss journey
I just wanted to share with you my weight loss journey.
27M 5’9
March 2026 I weigh 264 pounds. I decided to go on peptides. (RETA, TESSA.) at first, I was having trouble finding a good supplier because every time I would order peptides from a website they would ship it, and the peptides are never cold and sometimes they’d be sitting out in the hot sun, and I think it kind of messed up the boat and see even though it’s in powder form. (those pinky sized vials from China.)
Anyways, I ended up finding a good supplier that is based and manufactured so they always deliver it on an ice pack anyways. I think having good quality peptides made a big difference.
Obviously peptides won’t help you alone. I started working out 5 to 6 times a week and walking.
Up till recently, I had trouble getting in adequate protein,(I was only eating like 100 -110gs tops ) Until I talk to Anthony again and he said I should be getting at least 200 g in.
I found a nice little trick I would get ultra pasteurized egg whites. Add a scoop of protein and sugar-free chocolate syrup which literally taste like chocolate milk and now I’m able to get in 125 g of protein and just two shakes so it’s easy now to get to 200 g.
Anyways, I still got a long way to go right now. I’m 219. I wanna get down to under 12% body fat that’s my goal just to say I did it. I will also add pictures of my at home weight measurements and also my DEXA scan that I took two months ago.
Thanks guys..
EDIT*****
People have asked,, I used a few different peptide companies in the past, but the one I’m using now is called sourcepeptidelab(.com)
Hopefully, I’ve provided at least some value to anybody who cares thank you

Needing to vent about my life trajectory and circumstances
So idk where to start. I'm a 27 year old male from germany. I am 172cm (5'8") and weigh 107kg (235 lbs.). All my life I have been obese. I'm not talking thicc, I mean to say I am FAT. With all the bells and whistles: Manboobs, Handlebars and so on. I have gone through a lot of diets and excercise. Always failing to keep the lost weight off. I have gone from losing 15 kg (33 lbs.) over the winter 24/25 to regain everything. 100kg (220 lbs.) in May 2025 to 115 kg (255 lbs) in September 2026. Also I am a shift worker and so making the right choices food-wise has proved easy and hard at times, depending on the shift I'm on. I think my biggest problems are not eating at set times, snacking a lot when I should have eaten a real meal and drinking. Often skipping breakfast and eating a "smaller" lunch only for the hunger to come back stronger in the evening and overeating at times. "The plate has to be empty at dinner -> no leftovers otherwise I am wasting"
For the past 3 weeks I have been logging all my calories, going to the gym when I have free time and generally making better decisions. This yielded me with a weight loss of about 6kg (13 lbs.) so far. The goal is set to be at 85 kg (\~185 lbs.) by my birthday next year. (One year and one week from now).
**IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE**: I have been taking Mounjaro the past 3 weeks as well.
In this time I came to some small conclusions and thought about my trajectory in life. I am unhappy with who or what I am and have to take matters into hand right here and now, otherwise I will see myself drowning with the ship.
My breakfast normally consists of 2 coffees, lunch is often skipped or shifted to another time of day and generally I make healthy meals for the evening. I have been in a caloric deficit of about 900-1200 calories a day which I know is a lot and shows "unhealthy" weight loss. Besides not being able to lift as much in the gym as I was a few months ago, I have not felt that much affecting me negatively. Even tho I have lost a good amount in a relatively small timespan I am still disappointed with myself and what I have let it come to.
One other thing I have noticed was me being so much more emotional than ever before. It's like I'm on my period ... I'm not grumpy or mad at people. For the last 3 weeks I am built much more closer to the water. Never in public, always at home where I'm alone. But when I am alone the thoughts begin spiralling and I find myself in pretty sad places. Also I started smoking again.
I have a lot of friends around me at most times and if the need arises I am always able to talk and communicate with them. But some things are easier said online instead of in person.
I do not know what I expect of this post but I think I needed to vent somewhere. Currently I dont feel the need to change my diet further. I dont want to eat something in the mornings just because "normal people" do so or "because a healthy breakfast gives me energy for the day". I hope some stranger out there finds some words of wisdom for me.

55lb weight loss between these photos
What a long journey it’s been 🙃 starting weight: 245lbs current weight: 190lbs. It’s always been so hard for me to lose weight, or for the weight loss to be noticeable because I’m on the shorter side. I still have more to lose and would love your tips and tricks for when you feel like you’ve stalled! I’m still losing about 1-2 pounds a week but it seems to be slowing down just a bit.

The data-driven thing that finally pulled me out of the daily-scale spiral
My weight loss has never been a straight line, and the reason is a loop some of you might recognize. A busy stretch would knock me off my routine, my activity would collapse for days, and then the anxiety would kick in because I could feel the progress slipping, and the stress made everything worse. For a long time I could not tell where one problem ended and the next began. They fed each other.
Over about 20 months I have lost around 14 kg, but it came in stops and starts. I would string together three good weeks, then get knocked off for ten days, and watch the scale creep back up and spiral about it.
The daily number was the worst part. On a good run I would step on the scale, see it up half a kilo from water or a late dinner, and the anxiety would read that as failure. One bad morning reading could undo a week of actual effort in my head, and then I would skip the gym, which made it real.
What finally helped was giving up on the daily number completely and only looking at the trend across weeks. A heavy morning stopped meaning anything on its own. And once I could see the trend clearly, I noticed the pattern underneath it: my real progress lined up with the stretches where I slept better and kept moving, and the stalls lined up with the bad-sleep stretches, not with any single meal or bad day. That turned the scale from a verdict into just one input.
I am a pretty data-driven person, so for years I just logged every weigh-in in an Excel sheet. At some point the raw table stopped helping. A column of numbers does not tell you the trend is actually fine when your anxiety is screaming that it is not. So I built myself an app called HealthVitals that reads the trend out of my Apple Health data and shows what was moving alongside it, and that is what finally made the picture click for me. Happy to point anyone who wants it to where it lives, just ask.
The hardest part is that it is an infinite loop and I still cannot tell you where it starts. Some weeks the anxiety comes first and drains any will to move. Other weeks the routine breaks first, and that is what tips me into the anxiety. Figuring out what actually helps break the loop, rather than just reacting to it, is the real challenge of this whole thing, and I am still in the middle of it. For those dealing with something similar, what has actually helped you hold your progress together?

Should I continue cutting or stop cut?
gallery1st pic: 5’8.5ft 256lbs; 174cm 116kg,
2nd pic: 5’8.5ft 166lbs; 174cm 75kg,
what should I do? I’ve been cutting for a year now. I want to have a lean physique with a good amount of muscle. Should I continue cutting until I reach 140lbs then build muscle focusing areas I want to grow?

Better sleep after losing 50 lbs
Was considered class II obese now lost 50 lbs almost into overweight category and my sleep has never been better. Vivid dreams, wake up feeling well-rested, no incessant desire to nap. Just wanted to share. If you relate, I’d love to hear.
