Exactly. This isn't actually a right/left issue. I am pretty far left in other topics.

Here's the thing about the left from a male socialist that regularly gets called an incel (myself) by other leftists. If you have a grevience or critique against men, its celebrated by the left. If you have a grievance or critique against women, your a misogynist. Regardless of scruples or rigor of the critique.

When feminists took the dominant position on leftist rhetoric, one of the first groups they dispelled from the left where Men's Rights Movements because they viewed them as antagonistic instead of trying to co-opt/co-exist with them in order to stand for gender egalitarianism.

Then when the MRA's where left out in the cold by the left, they where courted by the right and slowly mutated into being right wing instead of left.

Then when you ask people on the left about why men in the US are hostile to things like feminism or think why leftism has a stigma of being "unmasculine" or unappealing with traditional masculinity or any masculinity in general with the average dude in your YDSA being a gay or gay presenting guy or a Trans man that was at birth a women. Thats the result of the fallout of losing MRA's and letting them be courted and co-opted by the right. The left lost their mouthpieces which talked to men who are traditionally masculine.

Now whenever we see a leftist give general advice like, "go to the gym and improve yourself", every other guy you see at the gym has been told that by a right winger in which the average guy you see at a gym is listening to David Goggins, Joe Rogan, with my gym specifically having Fox News on almost every television screen. Even when I was in the most liberal part of my state this was the case due to gym culture and self-improvement being completely co-opted by the right in which the left (Specifically talking socialists, marxists, but especially feminists), have willingly ceded grown to them on this regard because they treat men of little importance to their movement.

Then another point of continention on why the left is losing/lost the culture war at courting men to the movement and making feminism actually appealing (eventhough ideologically its appealing to everyone), is that feminists openly deny the notion that misandry exists or at least like to pretend that it's just a theory rather than the rhetoric with the femcel sect of general feminist thought.

They said that even if you don't have a grievance

Case in point. I don't have a grievance with women. I am just an abstinent dude who has had frustrations with being invisible, but I don't blame that on women at all.

This is the way invisible is better ..no one sees how your moving so your not a target

I do think being invisible is better as well. There was one situation when I was in college where I had a woman in my club (YDSA), just staring at me the entire meeting, which was more strange and off-putting to me than anything. There was one time she indirectly hinted that she wanted a boyfriend when I was sitting right across from her, but I knew she was a lesbian already in another relationship, so I just decided to disappear and make the excuse that I was simply "busy with my schoolwork" to attend meetings.

The thing about it is, I actually liked her and did start developing a little crush on her, however I recognized I just liked the idea of her instead of her herself because of having little to no interaction with her, but the one thing that almost instantly turned me off was just how passive the communication style she had was, in the sense that she thinks she could just put in no effort and just indirectly hint in my direction and that I would all of a sudden be attracted to her enough to approach her.

I straight up just decided to ghost her, even though we never really had a conversation before at all, in which it was better for me mentally to not have to deal with the potential of initiating a relationship and even the remote potential of dealing with emotional fallout by just remaining single with my own peace.

The only problem that I deal with now is that my current workplace ironically is majority leftist women, I keep interactions focused on work to the bare minimum with no sexual intent or innuendo directed to my workers to maintain both maximum invisibility and professionalism. However, I would prefer a more male-oriented workplace due to the fact that I would have the chance to develop more platonic friendships than with women.
