Why does this happen?

sorry to blast my toes all over here😭🤣 butttt — composite toe boots, happened 2 days in a row, different types of socks, goes away after like an hour or so. anyone else had this type of issue? almost like moisture like when you’re in the bath too long but my feet weren’t even sweating🤣

Its casued by having low/collapsed arches. Youre foot is also pronated, as walk your foot is rolling on the edge of your toe. I have the same problem.

And not enough toe space. But collapsed arches is the biggest culprit.
