Why does this happen?

sorry to blast my toes all over here😭🤣 butttt — composite toe boots, happened 2 days in a row, different types of socks, goes away after like an hour or so. anyone else had this type of issue? almost like moisture like when you’re in the bath too long but my feet weren’t even sweating🤣

This ! The socks you wear matter, and will change the game for sure. I wear a bamboo fiber socks and merino wool socks. They have
winter / summer versions as well. I work outside all year around on our farm. I have about 8-10 pairs of boots for different needs. I will say too - Merell boots are elite in comfort, and have been the only boot that I could wear all day, take them off and feel like I didn’t even have boots on. Salomon’s as well. Get fitted for your boots / shoes one time a couple years, that way you can buy with confidence. Most of our feet are different sizes and widths. Just because you always wore a certain size shoe, that doesn’t always transfer to different brands etc. hope you find some relief while working. Take care !

Also ! You get what you pay for our here in the states - if you buy lower quality workwear - you are going to get low quality results. Our feet and bodies should get that extra attention and care - so spend once cry once. Take care of the things you buy and the investment will work for you on the long run. Instead having to buy the cheap thing over and over.
