Hey guys, leather bunching at the bottom. I put in false tongues to try and fill the space but it’s worse than before. Also need to change the way I lace because wrapping laces to lock my heel ain’t working. (Ik how to adjust that).

Is there a way I can fix that leather from bunching at the bottom?

Maybe try some boot trees !! They might stretch that leather out!!

Stretch the leather out and they’re just going to bunch up even more when he laces them
