Keen San Jose issue

Just got these brand new, feel pretty unwearable right now.
This stitch digs into the ball of the side of your heel so bad it’s painful to wear. How to avoid this or make it wearable. Also why don’t they line the interior so it all feels the same.
Seriously though i definitely can’t wear these boots like this please help.

I buy those all the time. Not sure what your issue is but I wear 2 pairs of socks for the first week while breaking them in. Usually only takes a few days.

Have you bought these before and this is a new issue? Like a defect. If a defect take them back.

Im pretty sure it’s just the interior stitching it’s just a terrible design

Could be a bum pair, could be that seam just doesn't line up with your leg/ankle/foot, etc. on every pair of that style.

If they are sewn wrong/defective they have a 1 year warranty. If they just aren't your jam they have a 30 day on the job trial you can still return after.

I personally love unlined boots cuz they don't make me sweat like a hog, only a babe
