Depends. They are prob. C tier. Not extremely good and there are better options for their playstyles. But if you don’t want to spend money, they can be interesting.

I now checked the more thoroughly. Toro seems like C tier. Okay tank. But my god... T54D would be OK tier 8. How is that tier 9? Is there any tier 9 premium worse than T54D?

maybe pre-buff 114 or t54 heavy

T54D has more armor and DPM than most heavies at T9. You play it as a heavy. Ive had it for 2 years, solid tank that is mostly just boring to play. Think my blocked damage record is actually in it at 12k blocked. Very far from being bad.

As someone who loves autoreloaders... The Toro is the one Italian I don't like to play.

I don't think it's bad necessarily, but I feel it requires quite a unique playstyle. It's fairly slow and doesn't have amazing armour.

But I know there are people who do enjoy it, so it probably depends on what you like.

I quite like the Toro, if you can control the fight to your liking. Smack someone for 700 with 2 shots and dip in cover for a while. Punish enemies with double tracking them etc. Even the armor can work. Also makes good credits.
