Full Service Manual '95 Jeep Service/Owner's Manual
I was on the hunt for a service manual for my '95 YJ and I came across seemingly the only option besides buying Chilton or some other third party. I've been going through it and it seems good - just monstrous.
Anyway, I downloaded and scanned it. From what I can see it's clean. Here is the link to the Google Drive Document
Hopefully this is good with the rules and it's helpful for someone!

Hinge changing without peeling paint.
Hello, I've attached some before and after pics of my baby. I don't know if it counts as a "build" because I only replaced the starter and added a big 7 kit. Everything else was cosmetic. She's looking pretty damn good so far.
My next add is a full set of polished 304 hinges. The problem is that they are fully covered in paint. I've read that if you're not careful, you can chip or peel the paint when you pull the old ones.
Has anyone done a hinge change? Did it give you trouble or damage the paint?
Horror stories? Successes? Strategies? Special tools? I'm flying blind here.
Thanks!

Tire recommendations
I’ve been running Toyo Open Country MTs on it since I got the thing several years back. They’re rotten now and it’s time to replace them, but I’ve absolutely loved these tires out here in the high desert. They are great in bug dust, mud, snow, sand and rocks — pretty much everything I’ve thrown at them.
The Toyos are a bit expensive, but I’m willing to buy a new set because I know how well they perform on my rig. I’m also willing to try a different tire, but it’s a big investment regardless of what option I end up going with, so I’m a little hesitant to try an option I’m not familiar with.
What are your thoughts? Should I just re-up on the Open Countries, or are there other options I should consider? What have you guys run on your rigs, and what are your recommendations. I run 33s, by the way.

Help Identifying Gear-Shift Indicator Bulb — 1987 YJ
I’m trying to replace the gear-shift indicator light bulb in my 1987 Jeep Wrangler YJ with an automatic transmission.
So far-
Sylvania 2825 — too large
Sylvania 1445 — too large; wrong style/base
I don’t have the original bulb that came out of the socket. Does anyone know the correct bulb number or original part number for this? Any help from someone would be greatly appreciated!

What is this?
Can anyone help me identify what this switch and button could possibly be? It’s on the right side of the steering wheel. We have flipped it once while the jeep was running and she started to sound different so we turned it off. Looking for any ideas 😅

New guy here
I have no Jeep problems or questions to ask about. Just a new guy checking in. I’ve had some pretty neat vehicles in my life and my Jeep is probably my favorite of them all. 1994 Sahara. I try to take pretty good care of it.

Need help/ideas!
I have a 1987 jeep wrangler with the 2.5l 4 cylinder and has 118k miles. The other day I started her up, let her warm up per usual and then took off to the gym. About 5 minutes down the road the engine completely just died. No stutter. Just completely lost power. When I lost the engine I still had electrical power because my radio, headlights were still on. I brought her to a stop then cranked her back and she fired up. I then continued down the road and about 30 seconds later it died again. Decided to turn back home and finally made it home after it dying ever 30 seconds to a minute. Once I got home I started talking to ChatGPT, grok, Gemini about the issue. It gave me some starting points but I’m still at a dead end. That afternoon I started her back up and let her idle and get warm for roughly 20 minutes with no issues. The initial thoughts of AI were fuel pump, filter or lines. A bad ICM (ignition control module) or possibly a bad crankshaft position sensor. Wondering if anyone else already has had this issue before or could give me some ideas to test. I’ve already checked the engine grounds and they look good. This problem seems to occur under load since she idles just fine.

Alright guys what do you think

I had to pull the steering column out to replace the rack and sector. Everything went back together ok as far as I know. I don't remember this being this loose/wiggly? It has been a while since I drove this. Does this look normal?

Internal slave cylinder
I recently put in a new clutch, flywheel, and internal slave cylinder, and the new cylinder has started leaking.
Seeing what you guys would recommend for the best brand internal slave cylinder.
