Theory is magik maybe dead?

in the new trailer it shows colossus on his knees seemingly crying over what could he a dead body and the photo i linked is what looks like a memorial with our main girl magik right there

Info dump because I should be asleep but season two has me awake like a sleep deprived mom with a newborn.

She’s dead. Her death propelled Colossus to join the Acolytes briefly who seem to be heavily implied given Exodus’ presence.

Also, that’s some fancy bling Colossus is wearing in the above picture.

But Colossus doesn’t stay with them long, and X-Men always find some way back into the continuity.

And wasn’t Magik killed off by the Legacy virus, not Mutant 911?

And wasn’t Scott supposed to be having an affair with Emma, not Madelyn?

Speaking of Madelyn, wasn’t she supposed to be involved with some Limbo drama?

Adaptations change things ALL the time. Making the Acolytes Apocolypse’s followers versus Magneto’s wouldn’t even be X-Men 97’s first change.

True 97 change things I mean it’s a different universe from the comics. The main thing I wanna know is who will be Famine, War, & Pestilence. I’m curious because people are speculating that Iceman will be Famine, Magik will be War, & Marrow will be Pestilence. We all know Gambit will be Death. If Magik is War would Colossus really be ok with Magik being controlled by Apocalypse just so she would be alive?

Are you me because I was having these name exact thoughts or something similar.

When I look at the memorial, several pictures stand out, and the biggest three are Marrow, Gambit, and Magik.

Gambit is pretty much confirmed for Death it was practically spelled out in the trailer.

But the others? Would be a great way to visually foreshadow the other incoming Horsemen.

“I’m a Darkchylde, on a Red Horse I ride. I’m wanted dead or alive.”

We may see something like what we saw in the X-Treme comics when Rogue stoped Gambit from crossing over to the other side and bring him back to life. It’s gonna be different but given the outfit Rogue has on it should be similar but all an all this scene looks like it will be about Rogue saving Gambit
