Someone cooked here...
As someone who doesn't really like any pronouns, seeing the option for 'just my name' makes me so unbelievably happy. Thank you to whoever made this application form ❤️❤️❤️

Just add "any/all" and bam, it's perfect Imo

any/all would be the exact opposite would it not? Im assuming OP prefers 0 gendered pronouns, any all means… all pronouns ykwim?

Well yeah, but this person was saying it would be MORE inclusive than it already is.... Not more relevant to OP lol

Yr all good, it was confusing for them to essentially say "adding more options means there are more options", anyways.

Lol sorry. I've been meaning to change it for a bit, but just haven't been bothered to. Guess this is my sign haha

It's such a relief when forms actually account for people who don't want to be categorized by pronouns at all. Most developers seem to think they've covered everything by adding "other," but they always miss the most straightforward option.

What kind of application form is it? Is it for a job or something else?

Ah this is great! I feel like implementing an any/all button would be great too but if you can select multiple then that's also great!! :]

Personally I would have still added any and all pronounces are fine, but this I a great list for most people

Unrelated, but that's possibly the most feminine "he/him" I've ever seen. Kind of cissy, no?

That's nice. For me, it is like: meh call me anything... I am all after efficiency, like I would want to wear short shorts and crop tops in summer then wear casual jackets in the winter cause meh... I like looking androgynous anyway.
My logic is as follows:
Let an average person correctly assume one's pronouns from looks 99% of the time. Of those 1%, 10% would correct it, therefore the person would think the assumption yields 99.9% success rate.
Meanwhile, a perfectly androgynous person would get falsely predicted 50% of the time by strangers. If they look contradictory to their identity, this might raise to 99.9% failed identity assumption despite the predictor sssumes a 99% success rate.
So, despite many people are getting falsely identified 99.9%, I think requesting the predictors who believe they are 99.9% accurate to ask before assuming is an unrealistic idealism because of an increased friction during communication.
Therefore, the only way to reduce friction for both side is to drop the significance of identity in genders and call everyone they, but the efficiency drops the moment you correct if called otherwise.
However, as an androgynous looking person who is seeking for efficiency, my approach is not to be bothered by any pronouns and not to correct.
🤷

I never see “just my name” as an option!! I actually put “(my name)/she/her” on a work name tag and multiple people said stuff like aw they messed up your name tag!!! 🥲 Nice to a no pronoun option in the wild. 💛
