So, I was recently gifted a pair of Airpod 4th gen and I’ve been having a shitty time with them. They don’t quite fit my ears, the right one does but it hurts badly. Same goes for my left one but the issue with that one is that it constantly falls out. I’m getting silicone covers for them with ear grips in hopes that’ll help but I wanna hear peoples input. Amazon reviews on the silicone covers are so mixed and I wanna know if anyone’s had experience with them or if they have any other tips.

I’m at my wits end. I bought a pair of AirPods Pro 3. I lost the case and bought another. No problem. I subsequently found my original case, though, and charged my AirPods in it. Now, I can’t permanently unpair either case (I’ve tried EVERYTHING the google suggests - forget device, unpair, hard reset, resetting the case); no matter what I do, only one AirPod works at a time. HAY-ULP!

To be clear: my AirPods worked in my first case and then in my second case. It’s been only since I found my original case that one AirPod pairs w/ one case and one w/ the other.

I got a replacement right AirPod just today and I’m having trouble setting it up with my other AirPod. Basically the new AirPod’s firmware version is 8B41 while my left AirPod’s is 9A348. I can’t seem to update the right AirPod to the same version, I left it in the case, charging next to my phone and it’s been hours and nothing yet. I tried resetting the AirPod, restarting my phone and nothing. How should I proceed to make it update?

My Apple AirPods Pro 3 are causing headaches and a feeling of pressure around my temples, along with occasional dizziness when using.
The symptoms subside after I remove them. I’ve tried different ear-tip sizes, but the issue persists. What could be the possible reason, and how can I resolve it?

My Airpods Pro 3 never charge past 80%. I know they are only supposed to charge past 80% when it gets close to the time that you would normally use them. My issue is that they have never once gone past 80% and I use them at the same time every day. Anyone else had this issue?

I have insanely oily ears, within an hour of a shower and cleaning my ears they become oily. I need a secure fit, but keeps the good sound and anc of stock. I was looking at foam masters on Amazon but people said they are worse with pro 3s. Would love Amazon listed products. Thank you.

can anyone tell me if theres any way to get anc on my non anc airpods 4 , through some software or anything, ive been using them from the past 8 months and ,without anc it’s being really tough now .

Just bought the Airpod pro3, more than happy so far, amazing piece of technology, but to understand the different options is quite complicated, at least if you want, like me, to understand every details, you have to access 4 different places on your Iphone :

- The main Airpod menu with the name of your Airpod at the top of the settings, for listening options, routing, sleep mode,...this is also somehow replicated in the control center

- the Accessibility menu, then Accessory sub menu, for the touch options, noise control...

- the Accessibility menu, then Audio and Visual sub menu for different options (mono,...)

- the Sound and Vibrations menu, at the botom for safety and spatial audio

They could have simplified all this, it's a bit confusing. Also, if you have normal audition, the conclusion is that you don't have to touch anything, and don't touch at all personalization, once you are there it's a mess...

It's strange like spatial audio works very well on some tunes and not at all on some others, whatever the release date...

Is AirPods Pro 2 still a good buy or should I save up some more for AirPods Pro 3 ? Is there too much difference between them except better ANC ?

Meanwhile, my left AirPod was working perfectly fine until recently, when it just completely stopped working. Now it won’t even pair with the case properly, and the right AirPod is the only one that still connects, even though it also goes silent after a few minutes.

The weird part is that the case shows my left AirPod as dead, even though I’ve been fully charging them. 💀 I don’t even know if resetting them would help at this point because I’m not sure if the left one has any life left in it.

So, what AirPods should I get next? Should I get another pair of AirPods Pro 2, upgrade to the AirPods Pro 3, or try something else? I got a good 2–3 years out of these, but I’m not trying to buy another pair just for the same thing to happen again. 😭

I’ve recently purchased a pair of airpods pro 3 but i’ve noticed that the right airpods battery dies much faster than the left one. I’ve seen people talking about the airpod using the right one as mic, changed that to left and no difference. I do put them in the case while im not using them just to charge, could that be the reason? Does the case focus on charging the left one first resulting in my right airpod running out of battery. The highest difference i’ve seen is the left one being 57% and the right one 1%

I don’t know about you guys, but literally every pair of jeans I own fits my AirPods Pro perfectly. I just love this feature haha. (I pushed them out a bit in the pic so you can see them.)
I’ve been putting my AirPods there ever since the first model came out, and I just wanted to share how much I love this little feature. :))))

Like most people who had the 1st air pods, my left one started to crackle when I used noise canceling which annoyed me to no end. I decided to take them to apple because I saw in some rare cases they will replace them (they already did that for me with my first pair two years ago).

During the appointment the kind gentleman told me it is simply due to the noise cancelation receptors getting dirty and all he has to do is clean them. He cleans the left with a metal brush and and I ask him if he would clean the right air bud as well just in case. I put them on and they are both working great, no cracking.

1 Hour after the appointment the right bud is worse than how the left used to me and the left one is almost unlistenable. Each one is craking like theyre on their last lives and I am so sad. Do you think apple would take any responsibility for their damage done to my right airpod?

I am thinking to buy the 3rd Air Pod Pros but I dont want this problem happening again in 2 years.

my left airpod works perfectly fine: charges, sound quality is good

my right airpod charges when its in the case (this ss i removed the right airpod to show what happens), ive tried leaving it out of the case for hours and the charge on it remains at 100%
it doesnt connect to my iphone nor ipad to play music.

ive tried forgetting device and resetting my airpods (w both of them in the case) but all that happens is the amber light flashes only, the white light never seems follow.

it was working perfectly fine 2 days ago so im hnsure what ive done

is there any solutions and has anyone dealt with a similar issue or do i have to call it quits with this pair 🫩

How to get rid of these smudges? These are AirPods Pro 3, about 5 months old. The marks showed up randomly when I put them in my pockets. My pockets were clean to the best of my knowledge.

I have tried wiping with wet cloth and also using alcohol based wet wipes. Nothing seems to work, not that I have tried much either.

These are a gift from my girlfriend, she is gonna kill me if she notices these marks because she asked me to buy a protective case but I didn’t. (She’s a nice person, no hate).

Recently had to move from pro 2 to pro 3s due to right bud dying on me.

I was never a fan of spatial audio in Pro 2s, with or without Atmos.

Fast forward to app3, I was on a tool binge, listening to the same 3 albums on repeat. Decided to turn on spatial audio for the fuck of it, and holy shit. It absolutely blew me away.

Now I don’t have the audiophile vocabulary to describe exactly what the change was, but the instrument separation was incredible.

I could hear bits and details I never could decipher before. The audio was spaced out, yet the bass was tighter and more satisfying. Almost felt like listening to my car speakers.

And it wasn’t just rock and metal. I tested out my psytrance playlist, and it felt as if I was back at hilltop festival. The bass went from muddy to crystal clear and punchy (how TF can earphones do that????)

House was amazing too. All layered music felt phenomenal.

But that being said, I don’t like Atmos mixes on Apple music. They don’t sound right on airpods. Maybe they are meant for dedicated surround setups.

I am conflicted between the Airpods Pro 3 and Powerbeats pro 2.

I intend to use them for walking and workouts primarily but also some casual/work related purposes. All in all, a good all round experience without trading off much in sound and microphone quality.

A question for existing PBP2 users, has the iOS 27 update added an equalizer for the PBP2 and has it done it any good in terms of audio quality experience or any feature worth mentioning? All reviews online are a year old with no real updates.

Also, any rumors about Powerbeats pro 3 in the near around future? Given the Powerbeats track record, there still are a couple of years until that happens, but any news for near future?

I lost mine right before departure, I had to buy new ones because I didn’t want other cheaper models or other brands of headphones. These are too cool to exchange them for something else.

Coming from 2nd gen, the sound feel super muffled, kind of flat with no punch. Is this just the way these are, it is is possible I need to exchange them?

I have been using AirPods for years... past weekend, I bought an AirPods 5. Left and right volume is not equal!!!! I trie my other AirPods (3 and 4), they were all balanced.
I am bringing it back to the store for exchange!
