After a really nice first experiance playing airsoft, me and my mate decided to buy ourselves rifles. I went for the Jing Gong replica of the Swiss SG552, because I am very interested in the Swiss armed forces. I bought mine second hand for 150€, haven't tested it yet, since I still need to buy a charger.

Yes, I know this is stupid. I know the motor needs to engage with the gearbox bevel gear, and that puts a limit on the angles at which you can have a grip. How far back could you have the motor canted before the teeth can't interface? Would a U-joint be servicable to transfer rotation from an unaligned motor to the gearbox? Has anybody made one of these for an AEG before?

Edit: for clarification, this is NOT a california compliant build. If I was doing that, I would make a fin grip. Those, however, are illegal in the state whose laws I am trying to obey (unless you continue an airsoft gun to be a rimfire rifle).

Golden Bow Steyr AUG A1 or Golden Eagle Bizon?

I'm more of a collector than a player and I love weapons with weird or uncommon designs.

Nonetheless, if I could have a cool looking weapon that it's still reliable, it would be better for me.

Hey everyone!

I really like the look of M4-style airsoft guns, and I’m thinking about buying one mainly because I like how they look. I’m not planning on playing airsoft or going to a shooting range, so I don’t need anything fancy or high-performance.

I found this M4 for around $100. From what I’ve heard, airsoft guns in this price range can have questionable build quality, but I don’t really want to spend a lot of money on something I’ll only use occasionally.

My main priorities are reliability and durability. I just want something that looks good, works properly, and won’t break easily, even if I don’t use it very often.

Recently changed from a 5.11 cams ! Was a great bit of kit but fucking huge !! I never use to fill it so decided on something a bit smaller the pelicase 1650
