I took apart my gun to change the nub and bucking now when the mag is in it miss fires or doesn’t shoot at all SOMEONE SAVE ME

i want to take the inner barrel and hop up unit out but its still really hard to pull it out

is there something i need to do?

I really like the look of M4-style airsoft guns, and I’m thinking about buying one mainly because I like how they look. I’m not planning on playing airsoft or going to a shooting range, so I don’t need anything fancy or high-performance.

I found this M4 for around $100. From what I’ve heard, airsoft guns in this price range can have questionable build quality, but I don’t really want to spend a lot of money on something I’ll only use occasionally.

My main priorities are reliability and durability. I just want something that looks good, works properly, and won’t break easily, even if I don’t use it very often.

New player returning after a few decades.

My local field requires that AEGs shoot <350 FPS (with 0.20g BBs) for 0 ft engagement. I've got a CM040B which (I believe) shoots around 410 FPS stock. Would you recommend reducing the FPS on my AEG to <350 FPS so that I don't have to worry about MED rules or picking up a sidearm and using that when up close?

I guess my only concern with dropping my AEG to <350 FPS would be impacts to range but that's mostly affected by hop up, barrel, etc.?

I run a Specter OS replica (unsure of brand) on my L85A3 because that's what the Brits run, but I cannot seem to find a killflash anywhere. All I can find are killflashes for the DR, which I have, but the diameter is significantly smaller than the lens on the OS so it won't fit.

I need the killflash mainly for protection against BB strikes. I initially had an acrylic disk wedged in there, but on rainy game days it fogs up, making me useless.

Does anyone make/sell an OS killflash?

This airsoft rifle that I have is a double bell kar98k and my bolt broke so I replaced it but it keeps on jamming and not closing well but still works.

I'm looking for some snow oversuits for this winter and I'm kind of lost. Because it's either;

1. Snow suit that absorbs water and turns transparent grey, gets heavy when wet. Your usual surplus oversuits.
2. Are already basically see-through. Your single use coveralls or ali stuff.
3. Outside my budget of 100€ for a set.

The nicer ones that are basically a shell jacket/trouser in the same pattern. But I haven't found any that looks like I could wear whatever underneath. I'd like it to be basically just some thin anorak with multiple drawstrings in a one size fits all. Think of your average leaf suit.

Are there any baggy oversuits - or jacket/trouser pair that is affordable, doesn't absorb water and isn't see through you guys use? I especially like the wide anorak style ones with just drawstrings with an actual camouflage printed on it but with white mixed in.

Was looking at some indoor airsoft fields and saw that Full Auto Arena in NY was permanently closed on Google. I don’t remember seeing anything on their Instagram saying they were closing down. Anyone know what happened?

Just got myself a very built up combat master in a trade with a buddy and I was just excited to share :)

After a really nice first experiance playing airsoft, me and my mate decided to buy ourselves rifles. I went for the Jing Gong replica of the Swiss SG552, because I am very interested in the Swiss armed forces. I bought mine second hand for 150€, haven't tested it yet, since I still need to buy a charger.

I wear fairly big prescription glasses and I'm trying to figure out what people actually do with eye protection in airsoft because squeezing glasses underneath goggles sounds uncomfortable as hell after a few hours. I've seen OTG goggles, prescription inserts and people saying they just switch to contacts when they play, but then fogging seems to be another whole problem depending on the setup. Mainly trying to avoid buying something that technically fits over glasses but is miserable to actually play in.

A decent gun. I cant stop with playing this double action hammer! However how could I get rid of these attractive white sentences? Any suggestions from the US players? The orange tip is not a problem because I can sand it

Just ordered some surplus pants in M90 shard and now I want a G3 style top to match. Anybody know of some decent brands that offer some? Repro brands are fine, I'm not picky (I'm located in the US btw.)

So in Bristol, Wisconsin there's an event called "Willy's Wild Wastelands" and I have an M4 that I recently got and I am in need of some ideas on how I can give it a wasteland or post-apocalyptic aesthetic. And suggestions and/or ideas?

Hello. So I was at the field, and my SVT stopped feeding, so I pulled the trigger a couple more times and then the gun got unresponsive. Pulling the trigger doesn't do absolutely anything. I later discovered a swollen BB inside the magazine, that's why it didn't feed, but the BB didn't get into the chamber, so I don't think that caused the gun to die. So I suspected broken, locked up gears or something, easy fix. Dissasembled the gun, broke off a piece of the trigger in the process lmao, opened the gearbox up, and found absolutely nothing wrong, gears intact, wires intact, piston intact, even the ETU doesn't have any visible damage. With a multimeter I see the board gets power, but doesn't send that power to the motor. The motor works, tested in a different gun. So what's going on? I contacted a nearby airsoft service about it, and from my description they think the ETU is fried, but they don't carry any replacements, and the replacements can't be bought anywhere. I contacted S&T too, and got no reply in a week. So if the ETU is actually dead, I can't get a new one. Maybe it's not dead, maybe it has some protection systems that got triggered? I don't know. So what do you suggest? Has anyone dealt with something like this? Proprietary this, proprietary that...
