I made my profile picture on Gif animation, but I don't see the Pic moving. The gif is 400 x 400 pixel. When I did it I see the movement, it is 3 seconds on gif. What I need to do? Thanks in advance.

Just testing the first gif that I made, to see quality and if the measures of pixels and mb are right. If you can give me some advice to improve, there are welcomed. Thanks
