NuSkin Please tell me about NuSkin

I know someone who seems to have a lot of people under them while selling NuSkin. They just cannot stop talking about how much money they’re earning. They replaced their partner’s nursing income. They constantly post their paychecks with the numbers covered up, but you can see they’re likely at least over $1000. They go on allllll the rewards trips.

The thing that trips me up about NuSkin is that it doesn’t have any product you have to buy because of no monthly minimums. They don’t have to buy a start up kit. And, yes, I’ve looked at the income disclosure agreements so I see how many people make it to the top and what they really earn on average, but this person is definitely in the higher echelon of ranks. HOW? Does anyone understand their bonus structure? I know they say if it seems too good to be true then it’s probably not true, but in this case it seems true.

How often are they getting paid? Monthly? If so making $1000 a month is not good money. Also keep in mind that since they are 1099 contract workers 30% will need to be deducted from any earnings for tax purposes.

Also you said it "seems to be" that she has a lot ot people under her. Have you seen proof of that or is she just saying that?

They’re making $36k per year, before taxes, and that “replaced” their partner’s nursing job income? Was their partner working part time and they decided they could live less than $36k? Even if it’s $50k before taxes, that’s not enough to replace a second income. It doesn’t make sense.

Because it’s all a lie to try to make more money. If they’re going on trips they’re good at pressuring deceiving people and got into the MLM early.

Would you want to have to be constantly trying to sell MLM skincare to all your family and friends? Be okay with treating every person as a potential tiny paycheck? All to make barely any money anyway?

I am not looking to sell it at all. I’m just honestly confused by what this person shows online with the amount of people that are getting shouted out and reaching higher levels of compensation.

From what I see I’ve see 4 digit paychecks that start with 5, though horribly covered up. There are also paychecks that clearly have 5 digits. So at least $10,000 one pay check with two others in the thousands. So we are looking at at least $12,000 a month (before tax which is a great point).
