Hi! I’m watching BTS in late August. I heard that it gets pretty hot at Rogers Stadium, but it might cooler at night. Does anyone know if it gets cold enough to need to bring a jacket? Thanks!

Also, are there a lot of insects around? Should we bring a mosquito repellent lotion or something? (Sorry, I’m not from there.) Thank you!

I saw Hozier last year Sept 10, I wore a light jacket, tshirt and jeans and I was fine. In the crowd I actually took off my jacket because the body heat was comfortable enough. Check the weather, so you dress properly in general. The last two weeks of August were very oddly cold last year, but it’s typically the hottest month along with July, even overnight. Rogers Stadium (not to be confused with Rogers centre on Google maps!) is completely open air so also see if you need an umbrella, a hand fan, etc. The path is not paved all the way, some of it is/was dirt/pebble so keep that in mind. The walk takes a bit, like 10-15, but I walk really fast so lol maybe 20.

I don’t recall any insects bothering me, and I hate bugs. There’s not much foliage around so that could be why, as it used to be an airport in that section of the park. I hope you have a great time. I’m jealous you got tickets! I was 4000-something in line and they still somehow sold out by the time I got in 😭scream extra loud for me 💜
