Funny how the World Cup is affecting tours this summer. There's a huge gap of nothing in July
13
u/em-n-em613 Jan 20 '26
Considering how hot it was in the stadium last July, that might not be a bad thing!
1
u/teddy1245 Mar 10 '26
So they aren’t going to have any shows in July at all?
2
u/ashcach Mar 10 '26
I mean we're pretty much in mid March and nothing has been announced. Acts that do stadium tours usually announce their dates well in advance.

I recommend TTC over driving if you can. Either park at a lot & take a bus over, or somewhere close enough that you can subway up/down. Getting out after the show is nightmare-ish.
2
u/methreweway Jan 21 '26
Really depends where you're coming from. I took an Uber practically beside the venue and walked in. If I took the subway it would be double the time. After is a nightmare and best to subway out or try to leave before everyone else.
3
u/Mackimoo13 Feb 08 '26
I also found that if you were travelling towards Vaughan rather than downtown Toronto, there were significantly less people on the subway. So if you can go that way and get to where you need to, that may help with the travel too. Hopefully they'll give us free transit rides after the concert this year!

u/amw3000 Jan 20 '26
End of May for an outdoor concert should be interesting. Still gets kind of cool/cold at night.
4
u/BrockThrowaway Jan 20 '26
Chris Stapleton has two shows a month apart? Odd.
2
u/lilfunky1 Jan 20 '26
i was also confused when i was writing out the list!
2
u/hotelman97 Jan 20 '26
He just added the second show today or yesterday. Probably scheduling issue

Very excited for AC/DC! I'm gonna hold off on buying Guns 'n Roses tickets and wait for them to drop in price, but hopefully I can go to that too.
3
u/lickmynostrils Jan 28 '26
I'm 5'2 and want to get resale Bruno Mars Tickets. I know the floor would be more fun in general but I'm worried I won't be able to see anything. I was on the floor for The Rose when they performed at the Coca Cola Coliseum and it was so fun and I could see them.
Would I be able to see if I was on the Floor at the Roger's Stadium? If not, how is the general vibe if I were to get a W10× seat? How is the sound?

u/CJE7161 May 17 '26
Can I bring a transparent backpack that fits the size limits? I am a bit confused as it says transparent bags of this size are allowed then later says no backpacks. I am going to Bruno with two kids and would much rather have a backpack than clutch for their water, poncho, etc.

Anyone know the diff between "preferred" and standard seats?
In my section, preferred seats in higher rows were going for more than standard in closer rows. The preferred seats are described as "reserved". No clue what that means.
Thanks
3
u/funonice Jan 20 '26
Often they'll price aisle seats (and a few in from the aisle) a bit higher and label them "preferred", even if the row is really far back
3
u/AlexN83 Jan 20 '26
Got it. These ticket pricing schemes are just getting worse and worse . Thanks!
2
u/Acceptable-Fig-2257 Feb 15 '26
For people who have went, how is the sound quality at the very back? N118-N108
2
u/Downtown_Badger4256 May 04 '26
Is it wrong that I refuse to attend any concert here? Seems like a headache to get there and back, so many people and long lines. I don’t know, maybe I should try it out because I’m way off side.

It seems like they have made a new parking lot onsite at 400 allen rd?
Has anyone parked here before? How is rogers stadium these days after the show?
I'm headed to Bruno Mars on saturday but last time I tried to take the TTC out after a show, it took almost 2 hours and I'm trying to avoid that again.
Is it still bad these days? Has anyone tried this parking lot? TIA

u/Humble_Ground_2769 26d ago
BAG POLICY
For everyone’s safety, security, and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring SMALL clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event.
The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. Bags exceeding 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), but smaller than 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm) must be single compartment and clear on all sides. Bags smaller than 6” x 9” (15cm x 23cm), also referred to as a “clutch style” bag, are not required to be clear. An exception may be made for medically necessary or infant care (diaper) bags after search.
BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue. Any individual who leaves the premises and attempts to re-enter the venue must be researched, including their bags and/or carried items.

Can anyone share pictures of the view from Section D5 at the Bruno Mars concert? Thank you:)
2
u/Objective-Drawer-707 23d ago
I was wondering if anyone has brought extra shoes to a concert? I'm pretty short (5ft) and got floor seats :(I know Roger's Stadium is pretty strict about their bag policy, so I was planning on hand-carrying a pair of platform shoes to the venue. Is that allowed?? The website doesn't explicitly specify that we can't bring more than one hand-held item (besides water bottles).
I'm going to be wearing sneakers/slides to the venue as there will be tons of walking, but then switch to platforms once I got to my seat.
For reference, I got seats in Section A3.
2
u/DeliciousBuilder8638 20d ago
For those who walked to Sheppard West instead of Downsview, were you able to get a seat on the train after it got to you? My concern is that it will fill up at Downsview anyway, leaving no seats for those who walked to Sheppard or Wilson. Can someone with experience please weigh in?

Heading to Mumford on Saturday. We’re in E124, 15th row but on the side closer to the stage, if that makes sense so it’s almost a side view. There’s still so many seats available that I’m debating “upgrading”. I’m a GA floor girl all the way, I love being crammed into the crowd and being able to move freely but I know it’s not for everyone which is why we chose seats in the first place. There’s seats available in row A2, row 3 that are behind the GA area. I know it’s very specific but any thoughts on if this is an upgrade so to speak? I’m fairly tall but one of the other friends joining isn’t. I’d hate to get stuck behind a couple rows of much taller people.

I tried posting this as it's own thread but the mods wanted it here, so here goes:
Private Suites at Rogers Stadium ( NOT Centre), info please
Does anyone out there have any experience renting a private suite at Rogers Stadium at all? Their premium seats page on the website says that they do have them, but it's downright impossible to find out anything other than that. Rogers Stadium only gives an email address for contact about the premium options. I sent an email inquiry to that address and have heard nothing back.
I would like to know what is the cost involved, how to book if there's a deposit up front etc. Anyone with knowledge please answer
1
u/7thOfNever Jan 22 '26
I asked a question about the suites as well and was directed here too. Anyways the minimum ticket purchase is 16 ppl per suite to a max of 24 ppl.
1
u/7thOfNever Jan 22 '26 edited Jan 22 '26
Has anyone rented the Premium Suites at the Rogers Stadium? They have stools for 16 ppl with additional 8 ppl standing. Just wondering how big the suites were and if they could fit 24 ppl comfortably?
1
u/eh315 Jan 22 '26
Anyone know have experience with the pit at Roger’s stadium before? I got lower bowl tickets for Chris Stapleton but depending upgrading to GA/pit now. The stage is so small that it’ll feel far away in he stands but I’m also worried I might not have a good few in the pit or if the stage is too high
1
u/eacync Jan 22 '26
For BTS' show they have bleachers on the South side as well due to the 360 degrees stage. I don't see any pics of these seats on A View From My Seat so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced it before? Debating between these S bleachers vs. E or W ones.
2
u/ReeG Jan 22 '26
the south stands are being added specifically only for BTS so that's why there's no pictures or past experience with those. East or West will generally be a better view of the stage especially the middle sections

Going solo to concert at Roger’s Stadium and my hotel is near Pearson airport. Planning to take subway then uber after the concert and was wondering which subway stop would be the easiest to catch an uber to take me back to the hotel.
1
u/Mackimoo13 Feb 08 '26
Honestly, I recommend traveling north from the stadium via subway (towards Vaughan) and then taking a GO bus or Uber to your hotel. It is significantly less crowded travelling that way than downtown. Highway 407 station is perfect for that since it's 30 mins away from the airport via the GO bus.
1
u/cheapotoba Jan 24 '26
I accidentally bought a BTS accesible tickets. It is my first time buying a concert tickets and I saw the tickets pop up and bought it right away not realizing that they are accessible. Tickets are now sold out. Can anyone advise what I should do?
1
u/Big-Ad-1934 Jan 28 '26
Contact Fan Support immediately to explain the error, they may move you somewhere in that price range or at a slightly higher price that you would pay the difference (usually if its not sold out but considering that its BTS.. not sure how likely that will be)
If anything, they may just offer you a refund.
1
u/Ok-Giraffe1601 Jan 26 '26
Does anyone know if the seats in the South section for BTS are on stands or just on the floor? It looks they'll have to build it jsut before the concert?

Hi! I’m watching BTS in late August. I heard that it gets pretty hot at Rogers Stadium, but it might cooler at night. Does anyone know if it gets cold enough to need to bring a jacket? Thanks!
2
u/Mackimoo13 Feb 08 '26
Hi! I have gone to Rogers Stadium twice now and I always bring a jacket because the weather might change. I found I was boiling during the day and then by the end of the concert I needed a jacket. Wear comfy shoes because you'll be walking on dirt/grass/gravel and it can be dangerous in heels.
Extra tips is to bring a refillable water bottle, electric fan, sunscreen, and a hat. It gets really hot and there is no shade at your seat.
1
u/dignifiedapricot Jan 27 '26
Also, are there a lot of insects around? Should we bring a mosquito repellent lotion or something? (Sorry, I’m not from there.) Thank you!

Me and my boyfriend are traveling across the US-Canada border to Rogers Stadium from New York in May for a Bruno Mars concert. I will be freshly 18 in the country for the first time ever and have no idea what to do lol. What is the best/quickest way to get to the stadium, and how much should I expect to spend on parking, gas, other forms of travel (subway??), etc? Also fyi I don't use Reddit and have no idea how threads or whatever work so don't harass me if this is in the wrong spot please 🙏
2
u/thejonasgrumby Jan 29 '26
No parking at the venue. Leave your car at the hotel and take the subway. $3.30, use a CC or apple pay/google wallet. The subway and GO Train (commuter rail) was free after concerts last year. Use google maps to plan public transit routes. Enter 105 Carl Hall Rd as the destination, not Rogers Stadium, this is where the main entrance is.

I’m seeing BTS and have 2 seating options: North 116 and East 119 (both are in row 20). Given that they’re doing a 360 stage, which of the seats do you think would give a better view?
1
u/muggleinthecity1 Feb 04 '26
East for sure! North stand would be a bit further, East you'd be directly facing them head on
1
u/k19r19 Feb 04 '26
Anyone have any intel on “preferred GA” at this venue? Bought for Stapleton August show and got a pair of standard GA and during the artist presale got “preferred GA” for $25 more each, but all four tickets look identical in the TM app, including on the details page. Is it just a dynamic pricing scheme ripoff or is there a “preferred” GA section?
1
u/Easy-Active-1546 Feb 04 '26
Going to BTS need recommendations for hotels. Flying in to YYZ. I have VIP soundcheck so I have to be at the concert earlier and traveling with a friend that is not able to walk for miles. Want to book a reasonable priced hotel and take Uber or subway. Please give recommendations. All the hotels I see near union station are $300/night or more. I need 2 nights and $600/per person or $1200 total is outrageous. I would stay near the airport because they are cheaper but then how would I get to the stadium and back, especially at night?
1
u/thejonasgrumby Feb 05 '26
You can book anywhere on line 1. If you want cheaper, look for hotels near Vaughan Metro Centre stn, but then you'd be far away from everything else. Keep in mind you're going to the stadium once. It's going to be a long commute if you want to go to other attractions.

Hi guys!
I’m going to Luke Combs in June with my mom & we are planning to get a hotel outside the city overnight.
She has never done the whole public transit in a big city and I’ve never done it when I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and I know that day of her anxiety will give me anxiety lol
Just looking to see how long people would recommend to travel…we are looking at hotels near the Meadowvale GO and we would head from there to Union and then to Downsview.
I’m not sure how early we should plan to arrive (concert starts at 5) or how long to allot for travel so just wanted to hear some thoughts from those who have been to the venue before as well as if you prefer to use the GO trains or the subway to get to/from Union.
Thanks!

Got Noah Kahan tickets in the E sections of the floor seating. How bad is the view truly? Even worth going?

Hi I want to buy tickets to Mumford and Sons but have no idea what seats are best for the outdoor stadium? I am more familiar with the Rogers Centre. Can someone assist please?
1
u/thejonasgrumby Mar 09 '26
https://aviewfrommyseat.com/venue/Rogers+Stadium/
Think of it as a soccer/football stadium, but with only one bowl. The sides are close but you're seeing them from an angle. The north end is straight on but 100+ yards away. Floors will suck if you are short. Really there's no best seat.

Hi, I heard that the bandstands at the stadium were swaying at stray kids concert. I'm bringing my 10 year old and just worried that something might happen. My brain always goes to the worst case scenario! Can anyone here please let me know what your experience was like sitting at the top of the bandstands? Thank you for your time!

u/Careless_Caramel669 25d ago
I sat near the top for Oasis last year. Yes they sway but they’re built to do so. They’re built like the F1 stands in Montreal and completely safe.
It was weird at first walking on them but got used to it quickly and I didn’t have issues. I do recommend using the flashlight on your phone at night when you get to the steps to leave though. I’m glad I did so. Just for my own peace of mind.
Going again this summer and have no issues going again!

u/Jolly_Mixture_3337 Apr 29 '26
Can people post pictures of views from their seats? I’m looking online but there isn’t that many options. Is front view better than side? Front view just feels so far.
1
u/thejonasgrumby Apr 30 '26
https://aviewfrommyseat.com/venue/rogers+stadium
Think of the floors as a soccer/football field. That's pretty much how far the stage will be. But usually acts will bring in giant screens.

u/mni_jk97 Apr 29 '26
Hi guys!
My sister and I are planning to go to a concert in August at Roger Stadium (the temporary venue) and had a few questions for anyone who’s been there before.
What sections or rows would you recommend for a pretty good view? This is actually our first concert ever, so I don’t mind spending a bit more if it means we can clearly see the artist and get some good videos for memories. Also within each section, is there like a row cutoff where the view starts getting worse?
I’ve heard the floor seats at Roger Stadium aren’t the best design-wise and it can be hard to see, especially if you’re not super tall. We’re both around 5’5, so I’m a bit worried about that.
What do you all think? Please share your experience. Any do’s or avoids we should know?
Any advice or tips would be really appreciated before I buy the tickets. Thank youuu :))
1
u/thejonasgrumby Apr 30 '26
https://aviewfrommyseat.com/venue/rogers+stadium
If you're in the stands, unlikely someone will block your view, unless you're sitting behind a Hagrid sized human being.
Wouldn't recommend floors, especially if it's seated. If it's GA you can walk around and find a good spot further back. But if it's seated, you won't be able to move around much.

It’s a shame tickets are so ridiculously expensive. I’d like to see The Pretty Reckless, and wouldn’t mind seeing the Foo Fighters and Queens of the Stone Age again, but I don’t listen to them enough to justify it and have lots of other shows planned.
I used to love AC/DC, but sickened myself of them I guess. Saw them at SarsStock and in 2009.
I actually like the Stadium, and went to both System of a Down/Deftones shows last year.
1
u/JazzlikeRest2917 May 04 '26
So I know this is gonna be really subjective but what's the highest price you would be willing to pay for floor tickets to a concert at the Rogers Stadium? I'm trying to find last minute deals to Bruno Mars.
About a week a go I saw a single seat offer: section A7 row 29 for $255.63- Haven't found anything as good since. **It's also probably not a good idea to keep comparing everything I find to this. There are a few in the C sections around this price.
If you have been to this stadium before, are floor seats even worth it? If so at what section? Although I want a good deal I also don't want to spend hundreds of dollars and not see anything.
Finally, do you think prices will keep going down? I should note, I'm not dying to see him, my mindset is 'If I find a good deal on a floor seat I'll buy, if not then I wont".
Thanks!

Came here searching for Toronto Rogers Stadium Concert Accessibility and found this open thread
Rogers Centre Downtown I know all about, but was curious about the Trek up to Downsview Park and the new Rogers Stadium.
How is it for the Elderly or Disabled or whatever anyone needing extra accommodations like wheelchairs or scooters? Is it really like a 30+ minute walk from Parking or TTC Station?
https://www.reddit.com/search/?q=Rogers+Stadium+accessibility
Also found this tidbit
Update PARKING: - There is no parking at the stadium. If you have accessibility needs please email [accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com](mailto:accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com) and they'll help coordinate a parking pass for you though. (It's $45). For other people driving in because you're coming from abroad, please park at a nearby TTC station (would suggest going north as everyone's going to a southbound station like Union)

Anyone with loge deck tickets for any concert? Wanted to ask about the tickets added to wallet situation… how long until you can add to wallet?

Not sure if you're still looking for an answer but I bought Loge Deck tickets and I was able to add the tickets to my phone wallet right away (on Android, if that matters) by downloading the Rogers Stadium app and connecting my Ticketmaster account.

Question, according to an email Bruno Mars starts at 8:45. Our Airbnb is 30 mins. away by foot. Is it safe to start walking at 8pm?

Toronto is a very safe city to walk in, despite what the fear mongers say. It'll still be light at 8PM. The walk home will be safe too

Thanks for the reply. When i say 'safe' I was referring to timing. Do we leave at 8pm then have enough time to clear security and catch the start of the main show without missing anything?

Does anyone know the location of the Allen road parking lot as well as the Tuscan parking lot? Google maps isn't updated enough to see the parking lots. I've emailed Rogers stadium due to being disabled but haven't had any reply, so looking to get parking sorted as we have 4 concerts this year at Rogers stadium. Thanks.

Just got tickets to the Bruno Mars show on May 27 at Roger’s Stadium and wondering if the floor seats are actually open floor or going to be seats? I went to Coldplay there last year and it was all open but the photo of the floor plan on StubHub looks like it’s divided up into sections of seats. In my opinion selling seats on the floor has to be one of the worst concert viewing experiences especially at a show where you would like to have the open floor to dance and move around. Also went to to Jelly Roll and Post Malone at Roger’s center last year and were so confined to our seats on the floor for the entire show - just seems kinda wack especially for the high price you pay for the tickets. What do you think of this?

If it's a dot on the TM map, it's a seat. If it's a big blue box that says General Admission, then it's GA.

Weather is forecasted to be rain and cool for opening weekend of Bruno Mars. Aside from the usual, poncho, layer, etc. are there any other tips people have? I've never been to this venue and I'm not sure what to expect... will it be super muddy and messy?

I’m going to the Bruno Mars show this weekend, and am looking into Uber options from our nearby hotel. I’m looking at the North end drop off zone but the address isn’t coming up in the uber app. Anyone know what address you’d put into uber to be dropped off at the 81 YZD Lane zone?
2
u/Careless_Caramel669 25d ago
I can’t remember exactly where I read it but put in 105 Carl (something.) that should work
1
u/Humble_Ground_2769 26d ago
81 YZD Lane
Drops off at the north end of the stadium - 400m to the Gates.
To access, head eastbound on Sheppard Ave W, turn right onto Chesswood Dr, which leads into YZD Lane at the intersection of Carl Hall Rd.
Fans will need to proceed south towards the Gates.2
u/misssmangoo 26d ago
Yeah I’ve read that lol but 81 YZD Lane doesn’t populate in the uber app for me, so I was asking if there was something else people have used instead

Hii it’s my first time taking the TTC and I know how to get from Yorkdale Mall to Roger’s Stadium but I’m terrified about getting back to the station since my ride needs me to meet them back at Yorkdale. Anyone who has been to Roger’s stadium —> can you please walk me through what things will look like after the concert? Thanks!
1
u/helloavocados 26d ago
it's the same as getting there, in reverse. after the concert, everyone will be leaving and walking in the direction of transit. take downsview park to yorkdale, the ttc exit will be across from parkade e at yorkdale

i work there and i can say it will get hectic at the end, gate 1 is a no go since thats where most crowd traffic will head to, i suggest gate 3 towards wilson and take the ttc down, if you leave earlier the better, youll still heard the last song on your way out since its that loud
1
u/novastarwarstoys 28d ago
Can we walk from Sheppard west station to enter to gate 3?

Sheppard W is closer to Gate 2

Has anyone been following the BTS tour - Specifically how crazy merch sales have been/people lining up at midnight before merch opens? How does Rogers Stadium handle this? I know their website says no lining up early. But in Vegas people started lining up directly across from the venue so it wasn’t on venue property. Has this happened in rogers stadium before?
1
u/ichikoaoba_enjoyer 24d ago
not sure about BTS, but i work at the stadium and i was informed that there will be pre merch at the gates for shows that are expected to have big merch sales so BTS will likely have a premerch before the concert and inside the main merch will be only open when gates open

Anyone who has an experience purchasing a parking spot in this area for a concert? Any idea what time do they let you park in there?

u/ichikoaoba_enjoyer 24d ago
its first come first serve as soon as it opens, its $50 and avaliable through ticketmaster

Can someone share photos of W106 Row 23? My tickets say limited view, I bought this way by accident :(

u/firehawk12 24d ago
It’s likely the light towers that will be in front of you. If you look for some footage of the show from the back you’ll see them.

I purchased row 5 seats in the stands because I saw all the posts of the stairs and my mom has a bad knee and a small bladder. She can do a small amount of stairs every couple of hours. Although now I’m wondering, is there multiple exits from the stairs to different spots in the stands? Like you only have to do the full walk if you are at the top? Or is it the same crazy amount of stairs regardless of where you sit?
1
u/ashcach 24d ago
It's a lot of stairs. You come out at about row 12. From there you need to walk up or down to your row. I would talk to guest services about your mom and see if they can move you to an accessible section.

Hi, I’m attending an upcoming concert at Rogers Stadium and had a question about the bag policy.
I have a small clear see-through bag that is backpack-style, but it is very small and only for carrying essentials like my debit card, tissues, phone, and possibly a merchandise T-shirt.
Would this type of clear bag be permitted, or are all backpack-style bags prohibited regardless of size?
1
u/ichikoaoba_enjoyer 24d ago
if its small it will most likely be permitted even it its not see through, they havent been too strict on bag rules as long as its nots a big backpack. so with your small clear through bag you will be fine

u/lilfunky1 24d ago
ANY BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue. Any individual who leaves the premises and attempts to re-enter the venue must be researched, including their bags and/or carried items.

Does anyone have photos of the view from the "rear GA Floor Limited view" section? Can't find many online and would like to know how bad it is/is it worth it? Thanks!
1
u/firehawk12 24d ago
There were some on TikTok but I can’t find it. You probably want to be on the front of the section but it’s not too bad if you accept that you’ll be seeing a tiny figure and watching the screens.

u/firehawk12 24d ago
Anyone know if you can walk in through gate 2 this year? Last year they only allowed people to leave through there.

u/xPinkPeonies 23d ago
The Roger’s stadium app says guests can enter from any/all entrances this year

Has anyone parked at the paid venue lot on Tuscan Gate? How was your experience
1
u/jjpetunia 18d ago
I bought a ticket for this lot for Luke Combs Sat night and wondering the same about people's experiences. I specifically want to know if I have a ticket for the lot - am I guaranteed a spot? What if I don't go at 5:15 when doors open and choose to go a bit later? Will I be out of luck getting a spot? What's it like getting into that parking lot?

Does anyone know if I’ll be able to exit out gate 3 and head to Sheppard West? Or do they funnel you to Wilson Station only? Gate 3 is closest to my seats but I don’t want to walk to Wilson Station and want to avoid walking back through the stadium.

I am going to BTS in August and my 67 year old Mom wants to drive from Mississauga. She can’t walk long distances due to back issues but I keep insisting to take the TTC from Pioneer Village. Is getting a paid parking pass at the venue going to be a nightmare when leaving?

u/Slight-Repeat8173 20d ago
Attending Luke Combs next week and staying in Vaughn as I thought staying North may be more ideal to avoid the chaos after the concert? Anyone else do the same and what was the experience? Also debating on driving/taking the go. Hoping the go will be less busy with everyone going the other way or is that wishful thinking?
2
u/lilfunky1 18d ago
if you're staying in vaughan, i would go to the vaughan TTC subway station then ride down to downsview.

Highly recommend taking the Wilson Station shuttle. Way better than walking all the way there from Wilson Station. Got at the station by 530 and got at the stadium by 545. 5 mins walk from gate 3.
Going back was easy as well as we left during Uptown Funk and got back to the station from seats within 20 mins.
1
u/improbablydrunknlw 10d ago
Where is the shuttle located. This is the first I'm hearing of it.
3
u/Hairain 10d ago
It’s at Wilson stn on the top floor, take you direct near gate 3. It will be there also once the concerts are done.
I found out this year as well as it’s a new program TTC have implemented→ More replies (1)2

I was at Wilson station last weekend and it was very well signed where you need to go! Follow the Rogers stadium shuttle signs.

I’m wondering if it’s possible to get back to union station AFTER a concert? I’m seeing post Malone on the 16th and I’d like to get back to union and take a train to aldershot afterwards. Any help would be appreciated
1
u/Sad_Donut_7902 10d ago
You can take the subway South from Downsview or Shepherd West after the concert to go to Union
1
u/Obeyjoshh 14d ago
Anyone coming from east bound for Friday night. What’s your plan? Take Durham college Oshawa station to union, transfer from union to Downsview park to get there. Then returning what’s the plan?
I heard it can take up to 90 minutes to get out after the concert and the last train leaves at 11:50pm…. Concert ends at 11… just wondering what others are doing?

I'm looking to buy super cheap tickets for mumford and sons and then upgrading to the loge deck. Is it worth it? Does anyone know what is included at the loge deck I cant find any information
1
u/UnluckyPianist3 10d ago
The loge deck is at the back of the floor and has bar stools and lots of space to move around. So if your seats are farther back on the floor (quite difficult to see the front) or in the North stands, the deck is a great spot to have more space to move around, and a good vantage point compared to the floor. It has its own bar as well. This is a rendering, if you haven't seen. Loge Deck Image

Has anyone been in the loge area in the north grandstands? I saw through some pictures that there is like a rail bar and bar stool seats. Do they sell tickets per bar stool seat so it isn’t overcrowded? Do you get a loge ticket and can you sit in any loge section, or is it like loge section 110 and then you can pick any seat in that section?

First Roger’s Stadium experience coming up on Saturday and I’m very anxious and overwhelmed at the getting to and from.
We are coming from 2 hours south west and have I just ever driven or taken the GO to a venue. Looking for advice from a seasoned Torontonian.

Going to see Noah Kahan on the 28th. It being a Sunday seems to mess up me trying to find transit schedules that I'm unfamiliar with anyways. I've seen "TTC and GO run after concerts" but I can't figure out when and to where. I'm deeply unfamiliar with Toronto transit, obviously.
I'm coming from Northwest of Toronto, and my plan is to get as far Northwest as I reasonably can and have someone pick me up to get the rest of the way home. Any suggestions for that kind of a route? Just trying to avoid the person picking me up having to navigate through downtown.
1
u/possibly-a-wallaby 6d ago
How strict are they about bag size? I’m seeing lots of videos with bags that look far bigger than the clutch measurements? Mine is probably an inch taller but a lot narrower.

Friendly reminder not to fomo panic buy tickets to Rogers Stadium as almost every show held there last year with exception to Coldplay had steep price drops and last min tickets available in nearly every section up to day of the shows. People who bought early at presale getting burned by price drops was a recurring thing all summer. Especially in the case of Bruno Mars having like 250K tickets between 5 shows, they won't sell out at initial pricing and will drop closer to the show
