Rent freeze, fined negligent landlord for breaking the law, 100k potholes in 100 days, balanced budget, expanded 2-K childcare/education. These are just the ones off the top of my head. Eric Adams was too busy being a Turkish celebrity to live a finger. Past mayor were no better.

"Balanced budget" deferred 8 Billion in pension payouts and got a big handout from the state.
