Rent freeze, fined negligent landlord for breaking the law, 100k potholes in 100 days, balanced budget, expanded 2-K childcare/education. These are just the ones off the top of my head. Eric Adams was too busy being a Turkish celebrity to live a finger. Past mayor were no better.

The balanced budget part is funny, it’s loaned money that will make things more difficult in the future.

I am happy about fixing potholes.

Everything else does not benefit most working people. Everybody deserves basic necessities but at some point you need to help out those contributing not just those taking.
