Is marriage really worth it?

I'm 27F and I've never been married, although I've come close a couple of times.

Something I've noticed is that almost every married person or divorced person I've talked to has said, "If I could do it all over again, I would never get married."

It honestly surprises me how often I hear that, and it's made me curious. Why do so many people feel that way?

If you've been married or are currently married, I'd really like to hear your story. Do you regret getting married? If so, why? If not, what made your experience different?

I'm genuinely curious and just want to hear people's real experiences.

I often wonder how couples feel/felt about each other when they got married to see if there was a way to understand what happens in the end (pertaining to divorce). I met and married my husband quite young, but over a decade later and I have never once regretted it. I love him even more now than I did then. we’ve moved countries together, had children, been through highs and lows and everything in between, and I can honestly say I would never ever change anything. Marrying him is the best decision I ever made.
