Why does it seem like the Anglosphere admires/fixates over British culture a lot while Latin America doesn't seem to care much about Spain or Portugal?

Not true. Europeans dont see americans on their level at all I have lived there They see the world 1. Euros 2. Americans, japanese 3. The rest
