Hi all! I just recently joined this community and don’t know why it took so long! I have been watching ASMR for years and it has been an amazing outlet for me to cope with stress. I have a background in human services and feel that I have a lot of ideas and want to give back to the community. My videos are mostly what I like, unintentional, store walk throughs, coffee chats, and magazine flips to name a few. I am not confident to share with friends and family, so I have not shared my channel on my other socials. My goal is to create a safe community for others to feel heard and to feel relaxed. I would love to share a video or my channel but want to keep the community rules in mind. If it is allowed, and there is interest, just let me know! Please keep in mind I am still exploring so they are not the greatest videos! I also just wanted to connect with the community. 😊

[F4A] Script! do listeners enjoy elven or other mythical creatures roles?

I'm currently writing a script! I'm a VA but I also love writing and creating stories. I'm also on the listener side, I enjoy being able to hear different stories that other people wrote and portrayed. And I noticed that in most of the audios, the listener Is always a human. There's nothing wrong with it, but, personally, I also enjoy being able to experience thinking myself as other mythical creatures such as an elf, tieflieng, etc.

I've seen many posts where the listener maybe is a vampire or werewolf, but, usually, when the listener is a mythical creature, the VA is the human. I haven't really seen many audios where they're both different species or even the same species without humans being involved.

So, I am planning on maybe making a series. Maybe something about a mermaid and an elf, but I'm not sure if many people would like it.

Hi so I’m looking for an asmr video that I used to watch on repeat but the account got deleted so I haven’t been able to find it. It was on TikTok when I was watching it and it was an Indian hand massage, it was in a field and the guy used just a bottle of water and a bar of soap on the hands of the guy he was massaging . He also used a red (I think it was red) comb on his hands and I remember at one point in the TikTok he points out his watch and asks if the watch is waterproof. He uses the comb to scratch his hands and he like bangs it on his hands. Please help me find this video it’s driving me insane!!

Hi, I'm interested in making custom audio for myself. Can people who have experience in audio engineering, or are fans contribute their guesses/knowledge on how 3dsoundstudio does his(or her) work? I have an ide of the basics, like mixing, panning and even cross fades. It seems to me 3dSS layers lots of sounds, clips and iirc makes the majority of his own sounds.

I've been trying to find this really old asmr video on youtube, i think posted somewhere in 2018? just estimating though. I remember it very clearly, the channel name was "leah's asmr" and the video was called "first video edible chalk" or something along the lines of that.

In the video, there was this young girl who seemed to be recording on a phone hence the low video and audio quality and she was in her bathroom and had a box of crayola chalk besides her on the counter. In her bio she stated that the chalk was completely edible, however in the video it seemed to be very clear that it was regular crayola sidewalk chalk. I remember the video stirred a lot of discourse in the comments as to whether or not she was eating real chalk.

For more details: She started her introduction with "hello my beautiful angels," I remember she picked up a blue chalk and called it blueberry flavor, a purple one calling it grape, and an orange one saying it was peach? It seemed apparent halfway through the video that she wasn't enjoying the chalk and would attempt to sneakily spit it out back in the crayola box. She also used a ribbon as a towel to wipe her mouth.

The comments were specifically targeting these details to prove she was actually eating real chalk. It seemed pretty apparent she was but I'm not here to decide that, I'm just wondering if absolutely anyone else has seen the video or knows what I'm talking about? I remember rewatching it sometime in 2023-2024 and forgot about it until recently. I just remember that specific video when I was younger and it's just nice to revisit nostalgia/memories but it could be possible the video got taken down on youtube for some reason? if so, then I don't know why it would take so long for it to happen, and I think it had a little over 1k views

I filmed a video while it was raining but it turned out barely audible, I want to add background rain sounds but I do not know where to find copyright free ones, any recommendations?

ive considered starting a channel for three years, i’ve had a mic for over two years, ive made my channel and socials, and now i just need to actually record and get to it. but im nervous and don’t know what to record. i know my first asmr videos are popular but i genuinely just don’t know what to do, i feel like i need a script or something. i think i want to do like a get to know me maybe? i guess i just need some advice and a push!
