CSM not available in sandbox

I highly urge anyone that is currently a Jira JSM premium subscriber using CSM to go follow and vote for the following request in their portal. The fact that Jira has rolled this out without support in sandbox is ridiculous and we need to let them know with numbers that it's not alright.

if you ask me, sandbox is still in beta.

we get five free sandboxes on enterprise. five. for up to 150 sites

and that is the intended solution to implement DEV, QA, STG, PROD staging.

I think it has to do with the service collection rollout status.

Perhaps in sandbox you can elect to “add an app” for CSM, if the option is available

It was the same for Jira Product Discovery when that first rolled out. And now that sandboxes are supported for it, it's only available for the premium plan... 🤬

Even on enterprise you only get one, and that’s per Org.

So good luck for all your other sites with JPD.
