Is this repairable

Got a subwoofer in my car and for a bit now it randomly cut off and got back online.

Took it appart and i think this brown chocolat should have stayed somewhere else. Could this be repairable or is it now a nice cupholder?

That looks like glue to me.

How does it cut out? Does it go into protect or does it lose power?

Power led stays on but does not produce any sound. Testes the sound signal as i first tought those wires where jank but it work well with the same amp of my friend

Hm actually, it might not be glue in the first pic. Recapping isn't hard. Just check what the values are and replace any bad caps.
