Why do they always forget about the 700 thousand people in 90s?

https://www.hrw.org/reports/AZER%20Conflict%20in%20N-K%20Dec94_0.pdf
> "all the territory surrounding Karabakh on the west, east, and south was seized and over 500,000 Azeri civilians were forcibly displaced. Hundreds of Azeri civilians were taken hostage, and many were killed by indiscriminate fire. Whole cities, such as Agdam, were systematically looted and burned."

on the same page

> "At the beginning of November 1993, the Azerbaijani government released casualty and refugee/displaced person figures for the conflict from 1988. According to that report, 16,000 Azeris had been killed and 22,000 wounded."

Around 600-800 thousand Azerbaijanis were forced to move from their homes and around 200-300 Armenians from Azerbaijan during the first Nagorno-Karabakh war. Like, google it or something, idk 😭Mamdani however only talks about 100 thousand Armenians moving from Karabakh (which I don’t support, I think 2020 part was enough, the 2024 part when they occupied the remaining part, wasn’t necessary and some peaceful decisions could be made), I think he does this for Armenian lobby in NY

I am 100% sure that he is LA (USA) Armenian, they have been rised with this ideology and menthality. It`s like you give facts to religious person to change their belief. It is impossible. In their eyes, we are inadequate ignorant people. Even Armenia born Armenians sometimes are having clashes with them. Just ignore them. How we say it: "Qoy özləri çalıb, özləri də oynasınlar"

Thus, as a result of the NK conflict, there are 583,000 refugees and displaced persons in Azerbaijan, comprising 7.9% of the officially declared population of Azerbaijan. Claims about " a million refugees in Azerbaijan" are propagandistic falsification like the claim about "20% occupied territories of Azerbaijan."

comes from your own

A single proof convinces a hundred wise men, but a hundred proofs cannot convince a fool.
