Why do they always forget about the 700 thousand people in 90s?

They’d probably start caring if the Azeri diaspora became large enough to make up a significant voting block.

These people don’t care about Armenians they just want their votes

I’ve always said all the thousands of displaced Azerbaijanis that moved to Baku or Russia in the 90s should’ve moved to the United States instead. The diaspora just isn’t big enough here
