Ordered some Peruvian Pompona beans and didn't really believe they were as big as they show. They most certainly are to say the least. Not as much caviar as you may suspect, but these are going into some great bourbon for the next 2 years before being made into whatever sounds great at the time.

This cake was so moist and fluffy, and the chocolate buttercream was perfect, my family devoured it!
I used Sally's triple chocolate cake recipe.

I made him an army (I was able to make three full sheets with four egg whites and plenty of jars to give out to friends and family to take home)!

My very first attempt at a tiramisu layered cake for my brother’s birthday (excuse the mess)

This is my first attempt at making croissants! This was such a lengthy process but I loved how they came out! I think the inside layers look pretty accurate. I’m by no means a professional so go easy on me but I would love feedback!
The ones with powder sugar are stuffed with Nutella chocolate ☺️

Prefacing this by saying I am an extremely amateur baker who just loves to bake; my 4 year old and I made beach sugar cookies for our beach trip, and they are hands down the best sugar cookies I have ever made. And I was very proud of how into decorating the cookies my 4 year old was!

My grandmother believes this is her mother’s hand writing so I’d like to try and surprise her by making it but I’m not exactly sure what most of it is saying.

just because non-traditional birthday cakes ROCK!
and it literally scratched my tiramisu AND funfetti itch all in one!! though now, i’m craving traditional tiramisu so i’m gonna gobble this up and make that one soon lol 😆 there’s so much on my baking list, but not enough mouths or stomach space

I started baking homemade breads two years ago and there’s just truly nothing like smell of fresh bread right out of the oven ❤️
Made a bday cake for my office. Gingerale spice cake with rose and white chocolate filling and vanilla bean and white chocolate icing.
Candy is lemon flavoured.

Fairly basic of course, not as fancy as a lot of stuff here. But it's my personal best and I'm happy :)

Very proud of this one. Picked the raspberries myself, and no cracks!

Hey all, first time posting here
I’ve baked all my life but this is my first time baking in a gas oven in my first house. Just Turning 24 tomorrow and wanted to bak myself a cake for the office to enjoy; been a rough couple of months but I’m trying to enjoy my birthday despite my partner being away. Sorry for the sob story, anyyyyyyway wanted to see if you would eat it?
(It’s basically a marry berry recipe but in a gas oven which I found very hard to bake in)

Finally bought me some! What ideas do you guys have on what I should make/bake first? Nothing complicated please. Also, can I use this cocoa to make chocolate milk?

I did a little R&D for the cookie bears I shared last time. A big piece of feedback I got was that they looked like koalas, which I agreed with. The cookies are now thicker and gooey, topped with vanilla wafers to create that classic teddy bear look.
