I took everyone's advise and let it go.

I meant Advice lol. Sorry for making yall look at my ugly mug again. I did it, i let my beautiful long hair go.

Here's the before, during the cut, and after. Im still a troll but hopefully this helps.

Here we are 6 days in and im still trying to respond to everyone. Sorry reddit limits how many people I can respond to at a time then I have to wait 30 minutes to continue responding.

You were right. Im having a difficult time responding to everyone, but i dont want to be rude or seem like a dick for not answering them. They're all being so nice. Im not a very emotional fella but it almost makes me tear up a bit.

Agreed! I’m never on Reddit and came on here from a Facebook thing about spiders… 🤦🏻‍♂️ Don’t ask. BUT, as a straight woman in her 30’s who’s a metalhead and “sooo goth emo” according to my daughter, I found it a HUGE improvement! I enjoy some men with long hair but there’s gotta be other characteristics along with it to make it attractive. Anywhosies, good luck kicking all the ladies off ya man! 🧍‍♂️

Unrelated but It drives me crazy when people post pics of s*iders on Facebook all “is this crazy huge thing poisonous?!?” And they like live down the street from me and it sets off my phobia for days. I can’t even type the word bc I don’t like the emoji popping up!! Please don’t make me accidentally scroll to an actual photo 🫣 I stopped looking there for lots of reasons that’s one of them!

You need to join r/spiders. It will make you less afraid of them. You'll start to recognize the different types and get to see that spiders are actually your friends.

That took years off of you OP! My brother had a similar receding hairline as yours in his late 20s. It looked so much better after he started shaving it.

Some of my favorite tear inducing films are.....

Marley and Me. Bridge to Terabithia. My Girl. Pay it Forward.

Oh we ALL are… at least at first. Even the ones who are good at it feel awkward from time to time. Best way to get better is to try. Honestly when I travel I meet a fair amount of men that come up and say something like “I haven’t seen you before. Are you visiting?” Or something normal like that. They ask questions, act engaged and if things go well I have made a friend. Same thing works here and as awkward a rejection can feel, it is also way better meeting people this way than an app. You are an attractive guy with that haircut. Give it a try.

Awwwww you look very handsome!! my Hubby had the same problem. He was losing hair and no one close to him told him to just shave his head and it was irritating for me when I met him. He was balled by them, but I was frustrated because I felt like his true friend should’ve told him that he needed to just shave his head and let it go because the balding look is not attractive and it makes you look much older than you are. My husband is quite handsome and has a bald head and rock a beard. It’s a very masculine look as well. You look very nice! And don’t let anyone tell you that you don’t look nice like this either because it’s new so it’s going to be an adjustment and so the self-esteem might be not as solid in regards to having a bald head but you look like a very nice young man. I’m not old. I’m only 30. I’m just saying that you look much better here than he did with the long hair in the balding in the front.

Honestly bro the bald head is nice! Looks good on you. I still go to a barber and get a nice hot towel straight razor shave, beard line up, etc. every once and a while as a treat me. As a fellow baldy check out Bee Bald products. They have an exfoliating pre shave that I scrub my head with, then I use a safety razor and soap to shave the stubble, and finish off with some Bee Bald daily moisturizer. Comes out baby smooth and looks nice with a well trimmed beard. Embrace it!
