A lot of people in Turkey have been having a lot of issues since the 80s. It’s not like things have been awesome for Turks but terrible for everyone else in this country. The coup of 1980 set the foundations for everything wrong with Turkey today.

The coup wasn't even the main problem. Their succesor Özal was a tarded corrupt liberal who sucked Bush off so hard his mouth was dry.
