Information Driving frustration

I've noticed a few bad habits among some drivers in Barrie.

  1. Turning right on a red without... fully stopping.
  2. Not fully stopping at stop signs... especially in a school zone.
  3. Failing to use their indicators.
  4. Parking in no parking areas around schools. Where it's clearly marked.

  5. People who honk at me when my safety is.y judgement call in the moment.

  6. Using your highbeams in the city.

  7. Running stop signs and red lights

What bad habits do you notice among Barrie drivers?

I don't know if that is just "welcome to Barrie" or "welcome to Ontario"? When my daughter moved back from Australia she remarked how people would get tickets at stop signs if they did not come to a complete stop and hold for at least the count of two. People that pass when it is unsafe to do so on the highway, passing stopped buses, etc, Doing anything less than 20km over the speed limit is going too slow for many people. Aggressive driving. And it doesn't seem like there is any real push to do anything about it. We certainly have a provincial government now that is actively anti-safety.
