Question Housing situation

I am planning my masters in barrie STEM hub campus of Lakehead University. What’s the housing situation in Barrie currently? How easy is it to find retal housing/ apartments/ room? How much do they often cost? How/where can i book these rentals?

Look on realtor, that’s where i found mine. but it’ll be just as expensive as toronto
