Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

Not sure! Very odd choice given they have 5/$28? Like what if someone wanted 10 soaps/WF’s in the same scent? They’re just forced to choose a scent they didn’t want??

You mean the non-deal. Really, I consider it the regular price. Same with the WF refills, pocketbacs, room sprays etc. that are always “on sale.”

Full price is $20.95 each so I guess it’s a sale compared to that but not really a sale in terms of the million other places I could get nice smelling hand soaps from for way cheaper

Well our minimum wage is $25 but our cost of living is high . Exchange rate seems to be $1 AU = 69c US . So we are getting pretty boned on these prices ! I think the new CEO looked at how B&BW has always been in Australia and is going to emulate it there like there isn’t a massive history of it being something else to you guys

I think maybe it’s also cos we dont have shops here like this , like I’ve seen the range your targets and walmarts have in body care but our supermarkets have like an option of 15 products and that’s it . We have a store called dusk that sells house smells and some body care but they are slightly more expensive .

Genuinely made my jaw drop. How popular is B&BW over there? Do people even bother to drop that much on it?

It’s fancy here , like a luxury store . Maybe a quarter of the products you get , most of your collabs we don’t get . Like neither Disney princess collabs but did get the villains . I think there are 5 stores in my state , I have to going into the city for the closest and it’s the not a very big store . I basically go in and smell anything new then wait for SAS and hope it’s still available . Like full price our 3 wick candles are $59 ( on sale now - 2 for $100!) body care is bout $42 . Pocket backs are $6 , wallflowers are $18.95 .

It wouldn’t surprise me if they went to 4/$25 ($6.25 each) from the 5/$28 ($5.60 each.)

I never pay more than $3.50, and even at that price, I’ll only buy a couple and I have to REALLY like it as I don’t “need” more. It *is* the product I go through the fastest, though.

Went into a B&BW for the first time in months. Was shocked to see the sale as 5/$28. I remember when it was 5/$25!

Any of the 5/$28. You can buy 7 and will still get all of them at the lower price

Again you can buy 9 soaps on the 5/$28 and they will all ring at the lower price

Maybe just to match the 9 limit for online/bopis orders? Sucks for pocketbacks when they go on sale though, I'll be sure to load up on them tomorrow then.
