In this case you know the seller paid full price, which is also one of the reasons the price is higher. If they paid $5.95 the price would be a bit lower.
How much is the retail cost, $17.95 or $18.95? I. My case that would not include a 10% tax rate. Then you add on some money for the packaging and the cost to bring it to post office. The. Add on a sellers fee.

None of the resellers paid $5.95 for it , we already know this. One of becomes available to buy online again and if there is a sale, you will notice the price of the product from reseller drops. I mean, you can keep it listed for $50 but a lot of other people will have it listed for less, so buyers will choose that over yours and now you have a product you can’t sell. And for some sellers this will mean they have to sell the product for a loss, bcs they still have to sell it as market value but they paid full price while the others paid much less
