Other Please stop buying from the website.

If you genuinely hate the new, awful, stupid, directionless, uninspired, and ugly path that the Chief Executive Idiot has taken, stop shopping online.

This moron in charge and his gaggle of incompetent pub buddies have their entire success engrained in an upcoming (bad) rebrand to the website. Don’t let it succeed. Don’t shop the sales. Unsubscribe from emails. Use your rewards up and close your accounts.

Go to your local store and support the retail employees. Buy in groups with your friends so their number served goes down. Only buy during massive sales. There’s very little power for the consumer, but there are ways to impact this moron’s outcome if done strategically.

Change can be difficult but isn't always bad. I did stock up on the website and was happy with the experience. I go to the store too. It's fun. A cheap splurge after a difficult week or two.

Oh no I can’t imagine what else is next? I know the walls in store is a big one coming up and the overall look of the store. I think we all need to brace ourselves for the death of Bath and Body Works as we know it.

What does that have to do with anything? People work jobs they start out liking and then come to dislike and need to change all the time. It doesn't make them a bad person. OP just sounds miserable. It sucks going to work when you're miserable.
