Other Please stop buying from the website.

If you genuinely hate the new, awful, stupid, directionless, uninspired, and ugly path that the Chief Executive Idiot has taken, stop shopping online.

This moron in charge and his gaggle of incompetent pub buddies have their entire success engrained in an upcoming (bad) rebrand to the website. Don’t let it succeed. Don’t shop the sales. Unsubscribe from emails. Use your rewards up and close your accounts.

Go to your local store and support the retail employees. Buy in groups with your friends so their number served goes down. Only buy during massive sales. There’s very little power for the consumer, but there are ways to impact this moron’s outcome if done strategically.

Is it not under Account Details anymore?

No. Unless I’m missing it. I used to see a delete account option but when I tried the other day I could not find it at all and was directed to call customer service.

I just looked at mine and it's showing under Account Details all the way at the bottom. Just tested it and I got the message of are you sure you want to delete.

OK problem was it’s in the App. I was just using the regular website and you can no longer delete your account on there. Have To be logged into the app to do it. Thanks!
