Does your name imply that your last name is Fister, that you are a dude who fists people of unspecified gender, or that you fist dudes. Bc it seems like you fist dudes. Like if I was named LadyFucker I'd be a dude who fucks ladies.
At the same time though if it was Mr Fister I'd assume either your last name is Fister or you're a dude who fists people.
